★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bad experiences with dentist previously at other clinics but had to find a place to keep up the health of my teeth & gums. My first visit to T32 about 2-3years back was with Dr Saras. I told her about my previous experiences and fears. Ever since, every single visit & treatment has been a pleasant one! She ensures I'm in as little discomfort as possible before, during and throughout the procedures. Have been seeing her since. Yes the charges are a little more expensive than usual but for the service given, it's worth it! Highly recommend!

Her recommendations have been great and I have had no issues with my teeth. The assistants are also very friendly, they are not pushy at all and overall I find this clinic very enjoyable to visit. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my daughter to T32 Jcube branch and was attended by Dr Lin. It was a pleasant visit and he was patience and did explained to my daughter and I before and during the extraction of the baby tooth. No pains as per my daughter :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My heartfelt thanks to Dr Chang and team for going the extra mile to ensure the bestest care for my daughter Grace after her pre-molar tooth extraction last Sunday. Despite me calling at their closing hours, Dr Chang and team still delivered their best service and care for Grace. The after-procedure care was excellent too! Grace has been under Dr Chang's care since pre-school years and we will definitely like to keep to the same dentist for her growing up years. Thank you Dr Chang!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service wise it's not too bad when we are at the clinic. Out of the times I've went, I have been asked to do x-rays, which significantly added to the cost for just normal cleaning.
My main concern and reason for this review is - I really do not appreciate their approach to contact the spouse when they cannot get in touch with them and ask us if they can make it for their appointment etc.
Not all couples know each others schedule so why should the spouse be made accountable when an adult spouse doesn't reply in time for their individual non urgent dental appointment. Sometimes the spouse can still be outside so how are we able to help confirm the timing? Why can't you just sms the intended recipient instead?
It is fine if say its the childcare centre or regarding the kids medical appointment but I find their this approach very irritating for a non urgent dental appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 4-year old daughter visited DR. SUSANNA TAN LI WEN recently for her sensitive milk teeth. It was really a pleasant experience. The clinic was very kid-friendly with cute ID. Dr. Susanna Tan was very professional and patient though she is very young. Despite the first dentist visit in her lifetime, my daughter did not complaint at all. Instead, she was asking for return visit again and again... Her teeth were fixed after a couple of visits, and we are very grateful for Dr. Tan's care. Strongly recommend!
