Been eating Mr tan’s tutu since young . His stall was located at the corner stall in Clementi central kopitiam opposite NTUC. Chance upon his sister’s stall and she sadly informed me that his brother had passed on tts y she has been running 2 stalls - day & nite shifts- Because I asked her why close at 3 pm so early. She is very hardworking lady who grinds the rice flour herself in the stall to Ensure the freshness & best quality in order to make the best TUTU ! Yes indeed -I must admit it is the BEST! As she operates alone, She takes pride in making each TUTU to perfection with the right texture n thickness thus u hv to filter in some Waiting time for the steaming and preparation.

This is definitely the best Kueh Tutu in SG, hands down. The secret is not only in the generous and moist filling, but also the rice flour used. Its not overly packed nor sticky like the Queensway Tan Tutu..and has a slight spring to the texture. Would recommend the other Tan Tutu (my #2) that are selling at the Food Republic food courts too. But this is my #1

This stall is popular because the family started it many years ago. The taste are old school and not fantastic. The peak hours wait is usually 20 minutes or more. So if you really want to try, order first before you order your other meals. If not come back the next time. The skin when cold is no good becomes harden or stiff, so must steam it again with water before eating. You can get better tu tu in Chinatown. Don't waste time queuing.

Hands down the best tutu kueh in Sg. Auntie Tan has another outlet in Clementi. She is a one-woman show and handles both the ordering as well as making the kuehs so be prepared to wait (approx 30mins waiting time). Each tutu kueh is made fresh to order. Not to confuse this stall with the Chinatown Tan's tutu outlets

Old school flavours never disappoint! I adore the soft and chewy texture and peanut flavour is always the crowd favourite. Cant stop at one because the tinge of saltiness makes u crave for a second helping. Worth the 45 mins wait!

Hands down one of the best tutu kueh (IMHO)! Made freshly on the spot, tho the wait can be daunting but guranteed worth the wait. The ingredients are definitely special compared to common ones you usually eat (coconut and peanut are prolly made in-house. Eg. check out the coconut color, it's not the usual orange color you see) Definitely worth a try!

One of the best Tutu kueh I've ever eaten. Word of warning, better order it before you start eating lunch. I was told that the wait was 15mins. Ended up to be half an hour. The invisible queue is real here. Still, it was good. Best eaten hot / freshly prepared. The texture of the flour was just right, and there's something special about the peanut one (bought peanut and coconut). Coconut was good too, just that the peanut one was on another level. Do try it out if you're in the area!

We just visited a few days ago and it was amazing. The lady making them was so sweet and patient with everyone. I know it was so hot back there but you could tell she made each one with love. Since each one is made from scratch and they are so yummy, make sure you allow for a bit of extra time. It’s a popular stall and there will be a wait.
