Attended my personal Omakase eye-wear styling experience by Kiyono-san! I felt very impressed and luxurious during the service with each time my look was transformed with each eye-wear apparel carefully selected by Kiyono-san herself. Also learnt about my personal image style with their facial impression analysis app. Creativity, Fashion, and Technology combined into a single service experience. :) Highly recommended!

I was attended by Mandy and really enjoyed my experience there. I was a bit sceptical initially because my previous 2 glasses from 2 different shop are both not comfortable and there wasn’t a solution to it. Also, the phrase “for asian fitting” caught my attention and from eye check, collecting of my specs and also after sales service , the whole process was a smooth and fast.?? I am happy because finally i’m wearing a pair that is comfy!

I purchased the omakase eyewear styling service and had a very interesting consultation with eyewear stylist Kiyono-san. With her help, I could easily handpick the frame which best suits and compliments my style within 10-15mins? I remember how I used to spend hours at other optical shops not knowing what to pick without much helpful advice from the staff. Whereas Mandy is a very experienced optician, I knew I was in good hands when she’s examining my eyes. She’s extremely helpful and patient in answering all my questions, giving accurate advice especially I have very poor eyesight with astigmatism, long+shortsighted combined. My glasses came after 1 week with a beautiful finish, couldn’t be more perfect. I use the glasses as more of an accessory and have since received so many compliments. Overall this is by far the most pleasant experience that I had with an optical shop. They are so professional and I couldn’t be more happier with their service. I would strongly recommend their one of a kind omakase styling service to anyone who wants to find that perfect pair of glasses.

Love the aesthetics of this place! I had Mandy who attended to me - eyecheck, spectacle shopping, post-sales service - excellent service, honest and detailed explanation. I don’t understand astigmatism very well but she explained it simple enough that I can confidently share with friends what is it. By the way, the mirrors where I sat while trying out the frames - made me feel like a star in backstage.

Served by Optometrist Mandy. Meticulous in her work and her product knowledge is certainly better than most. Good taste and thorough in her explanations. Ordered a pair and another after I fitted the first. The fit and sit was what I was looking for as I am using progressive transitions. Certainly a good experience. Good range of frames. Thanks Mandy
