Temasek Medical Centre Sembawang - #01-824 Sembawang Dr

I went to the clinic as I wanted to see doctor but was refused by the counter nurse as I have some of the covid symptoms. Im fine with that. BUT the counter nurse asked me to go to TTSH A&E. At that point of time, I did not know TTSH A&E was closed due to covid cluster. I wasted my private hire fare there and the TTSH nurse told me about the closure and said that any hospital A&E will be able to help me. So I had to take another private hire to KTPH since KTPH is nearer to my house. I wasted 2 hrs and $30 when I could have just go to KTPH from sembawang within 15 mins at about $10. My fever even got worse when I reached KTPH.

Had been a loyal patient to this clinic since 2015. Visit every month for consultation and medication. However very disappointed with their services since my GP Dr Koh retired. Imagine the clinic which close at 1pm for the morning session but I was rejected to consult the GP when I step in the clinic@ 12.20pm! This is not the first time I encountered this issue. Facing the same issue a few times then. Reason given "you always like to come late". Am I late at the point of time? 12.20pm? Clinic close at 1pm, fyi! It's really ridiculous! Today i really angry and feel disappointed with the staments.Hopefully will get a better clinic and GP for my monthly consultation in future others then the Temasek group!

Waited for more then 1 hour, without any news is the doctor will come or not. We are came at 8.20 am, till 9.20 still no news.

i wouldn't even put 1 stars if not my review won't be posted. The counter old woman was very rude & impatient, talk until like asking for a fight when i am talking to her nicely, bad customer service.

The counter staff very bad attitude. Tone very rude when attending to patient enquiries. Also had been told clinic had already closed even 30mins to 1hr before the scheduled close time for two times! Won’t come to this clinic if not restricted by AIA card!

(its not open on tuesday night despite saying its open, wasted my time) If you're looking for doctor to treat you, avoid Dr Michael that works in the evening. Go at any time and the doctors are nice. Terrible attitude! I don't know how he can be a doctor when I visited him twice, I ask him questions and he'll say "I don't know" and then tries to send me to A&E because "my clinic can't treat you". How are you a doctor when you don't know everything? I was feeling so bad and you couldn't even help, don't even give me ointment or medicine! He gave our family a fright for attempting to send me to a&e, I visited another doctor and he treated me now I feel so much better. Also he seems to always want to rush everything and throw me out of the room so they can close on time when there's still 30mins left. Otherwise the other doctors are nice. Just avoid this doctor like a plague. Don't visit in the evening. You're just wasting money for him to say "I don't know".

My toe nail got infection many years ago. Visited Temasek clinic last year October. I was given a cream to applied on my toes prescribed by Dr Hanisah. Just after 3 application my toe nails are growing & healthy now ??? Dr Hanisah is a warm, friendly and very nice doctor??Thank you Dr Hanisah! The counter staff are nice too, l don’t have to wait too long for my medicine ??

Recently my wife had serious diarrhoea she went to this clinic and was told that the doctor was not in by the Chinese aunty at the counter. My wife had no choice but to see the gp at another clinic beside. However after 2 visits her diarrhoea still did not improve. On the 3rd day we decided to go and consult Dr Hanisa from Temasek. Dr Hanisa prescribed some medications for my wife and on that night her diarrhoea immediately improved and the next date stopped completely. Kudos to Dr Hanisa for her professional diagnosis and cure. However to the counter aunty who is both rude and non professional please be more considerate for the patients of a good doctor and do not tarnish the good reputation of this clinic.
