β β β β β Came for a ART test and booked at 2pm only to find literally 8 people in the same time lot. Each patient takes about 10mins or more to take the test and 15mins more for the test result. This is one of the reasons you should never visit a neighbourhood clinic as they can't even get the basics of time management right.

Yes.. couldn't agree more on all those bad reviews...the 3 staff is still the same..NVR improve!..hated every when I was there. Hahaha...seriously...
Not worth mentioning them...wasting my time..in future I'LL just go 3 doors away to the other clinic

β β β β β not properly guide when referal to clinic to do AG swap test. waited for 30mins then ask the staff then informed that i could go back and waited result. wasted my time waiting there

β β β β β Doctor consultation was fast but dispensing medicine was very slow. Took almost 2 hours for the whole thing. Additional, there was not enough seats so need to stand and wait outside, everything is so disorderly and messy which is madness. Almost fell asleep. The staffs really need to learn how to manage their time well and pick up the pace.

β β β β β I made a call before heading down to the clinic. The lady who answered the call and also stationed at the entrance was polite and calm when gathering information and giving instructions. I had to wait an hour from 3pm to 4pm before seeing the doctor, but the procedures thereafter was pretty smooth.
The man who conducted the ART and PCR swabs was also clear in instructions and very efficient, cutting short the uncomfortable experience. The lady at the counter had prepared the medication and MC ready for me when I was done with the swabs.

- friendly doctor
- other staff are ok except the staff for medicine and register
Negative sides
- VERY EXPENSIVE consultation fee (2x more than the other clinics)
- UNFRIENDLY receptionist and slow service.
- My consultation with the doctor only took around 3mins but the RELEASE OF MY MEDICINE TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET RELEASED AND THE PERSON IN CHARGE WAS A BIT RUDE.
- THE QUEUE WASN'T EVEN LONG!! AND THERE ARE MORE STAFF THERE THAN OTHER CLINIC I WENT TO. But the medicine release service wasn't efficient.
- won't give you a receipt unless you asked for it. Very unprofessional!
BETTER TO LOOK FOR OTHER CLINICS, AS THERE ARE CLINICS THAT OFFERS CHEAPER, FAST, AND FRIENDLY SERVICE!!!!!

β β β β β From my opinion, the receptionist, nurse and doctor are kind and very courteous. However, objectively speaking, the medical centre seems to be understaffed and a long queue is to be expected. If you are living near Sembawang area, you may want to consider twice before coming here, either have an appointment ready and come really early, or expect spending significant amount of time waiting for your number to be called. (I had my appointment booked at 11.30am, but have to wait for more than an hour for my number to be called)
