★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kway was soft and flavourful and the Chili has a sour punch to it, which makes everything feel not jelak. Overall a very good bowl of kway chap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Kway chap. The Kway broth is light and pairs well with the gamey flavour of the innards. It's a bit different from the typical Kway chap. Well executed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old school authentic taste - first time coming across it. My usual favorite Kway Chap is at West Coast Market Heng Heng Braised Duck store.
But I’m so glad that I get to try it today during lunch time and there’s no queue at all as it is public holiday - only 2-3 stores opened, so we are really lucky to find some food to eat.
The innards are well braised and are really tender (don’t have the game taste) and the Kway is special made that it absorbs the taste of the soup and melts in your mouth. It’s really tasty when you pair it with the fried shallots.
Very nice and friendly uncle. Will definitely try it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd time there. I was pleasantly surprised that it was open on a Sunday, felt so blessed eating a bowl of comforting kway chap on a weekend morning. Nice traditional kway chap and value for money. Big bowl of kway and innards were very well-cleaned. Uncle was also very friendly!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was attracted to the store due to the posters and newspapers reviews on the stall itself. The queue wasn’t too short and too long so decided to give it a try.
The pork has the, you know, stinky pork taste but uncle gave a good variety of internals, fish cake, egg, pork and skin so you don’t get sick of eating one thing in the entire mix.
The guy before me ordered the same thing, eat in, for $5. I paid $6 for dabao!! I felt a little overcharged for 2 plastic bowls. You be the judge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to come here on this Saturday to try it because weekdays are impossible for me with the crowd. The stall doesn’t take app payment so I told the uncle to prep what I wanted while I went downstairs for the atm. He was polite to ask what I don’t eat. This is some very old school taste. Peppery and less herbal but the taste is strongly braised. It has enough spices. It is surprisingly very very generous. I got a $5 portion and it was so filling. Kway chap is usually very expensive. The intestines are cleaned nicely and the chilli has a nice tang to it. The garlic added a punch. Defo one of the ones that I will come back to. He is just such a pleasant fella I had to say thanks to him after I finish. Super sweet stall.
11th Jul 2022: Went back again, Sooooo good and Uncle was amazing. I arrive at 9ish and he wasn't ready. He sent it to me. It was a public holiday but he was open so kudos to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old-school kway chap of generous serving. Not particularly cheap and not the most outstanding. The braised sauce was savoury and rather heavy-handed on five spice. Innards were well-cleaned with just sufficient porky odour (if you know what I mean). Pig skin was cooked to a good consistency, not overly soft. Chilli was very acidic and went well with the braised meat.
