E	Evelyn _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought 2 pcs chicken 2 set on grabfood delivery. But missing out cheese fries. Went to their website and didnt provide their contact number. Call another outlet to get their contact number but they didnt have it also. All outlet have their own outlet number and only this outlet dont have? Even other outlet dont have any idea how to reach out to them. Chicken arrive to be cold also. Bun look like been eaten also. Not even worth the price. Food and service is terrible. Will never patronise this stall again.

T	Teo Kang Ming on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. 1. Order delayed by more than 30 minutes. 2. More than 1 item wrongly delivered. 3. The worst thing of all and totally unacceptable - chicken, biscuits, mash potatoes ALL arrived cold. NOT A SINGLE DROPLET of condensation can be seen on the paper box that the chicken parts came in. Unable to accept (nor do I want to) or comprehend the reason why, except that the chicken was already cold when passed to the delivery person, considering the bizhub outlet at Yishun is less than 15 minutes walk or at most, 10 minutes bicycle ride from my location. They used to be good - orders all on point, food delivered piping hot. Now, it’s just shambolic and a great disappointment to all your supporters.
F	FoodieDirectory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A location that is not convenient if you don’t work at the building/ drive. It’s right at the back end of the building. Almost to the border with Malaysia. Previously housed a small coffee shop, but because of its ulu location, it went bust. Rather empty when I came. But there was a regular stream of grab food riders picking up orders. I suppose that’s the reason for the location. Just a kitchen and pick up area for riders. Chicken is as expected. I still prefer KFC. But the mashed potato is better than KFC.

He was very impatient when there was no queue or overwhelming orders from delivery partners. Changed my mind with 1 order and he acted like it was a huge inconvenience. And then he said my total but I still have more to order. When I ordered more, I can see that he made a tired face lol. If you don’t want to do your job then quit. This was my second visit. During my first visit, I ordered herb and garlic chicken but was given normal chicken which I didn’t realise till I’m home… paid extra for nothing.

Mashed potatoes taste alright also. Service was also fast even when can see that they are packing a lot of delivery orders
