Took my dog to the vet after she was stung by a bee. Despite having no appointment and having many clients waiting, Dr Lauw and the team there were quick to respond immediately and tend to my dog. They were extremely professional and reassuring with regard to my case. Had the pleasure of owning a few dogs and have been to a few vets in Singapore and can say that this is the best animal clinic I’ve seen. Thank you!

Nice and friendly staff. Less jazzy and more effective treatment procedures. Better than other few who calls to follow up on next arrivals.. irrespective of whether my pawdy is well or unwell. Funny! Here there is no cross selling of additional doses, shampoos or packet foods. Be welcomed by the two adorable catties once you enter the place ?

Some on the nicest people to deal with our dog, and animal lovers themselves. Very patient and understanding, managed to deal with our nervous puppy without too much fuss. The clinic is clean and the service was good.

I recently read a report that SAMe supplements have been found to be toxic... some years back, my CRF cat was treated here & prescribed SAMe supps for apparent arthritis. I wonder now if that caused his rapid decline.

I'm so glad we happened to come across this vet few yrs ago cuz of emergency and they were the only few opened till late in the west. I have 3 dogs, and 2 of them arent easy to handle at all especially my mongrel with some condition mixing with fear aggression. Dr Soh is the best!!! She is very experienced and loving. Will try all ways possible to align with your dog to help the best she can. Thank you for being the reliable Vet that we can count on. One of the staff (i think Jolene) is super compassionate as well and is fearless and knows how to help and handle my dogs. Thank you to the rest of the wonderful team as well, experiences there has always been great and trustworthy hence have brought my other 2 small dogs to this vet as well. :D

I would like to state to you here that my pets have been going to your clinic for many years and I’ve spent easily over $10k-15k on their treatments, surgeries, etc over this period. However yesterday in our moments of desperation when our dog was severely ill with a serious medical condition, you refused to accept us to your clinic because you stated to us you were “too busy” to see our dog. This despite the fact I called a second time after you had told me to try alternative clinics and I had tried 5 other places who were unable to see us and yet, you still insisted that you would not even do an initial assessment of my pet. I find this highly disappointing and unacceptable that your clinic has been very willing to charge us $1k for multiple visits for our annual checkups for the dogs but when we really needed our pet to be seen by your clinic, you turned us away. I will never ever return to your clinic again for this very reason as I have no trust or faith with Animal Ark anymore.

Thank you for doing your best to treat and care for our beloved Angel. The card was a very nice touch and much appreciated.

My pets have been heading there for their annual checks and emergency for many a years now. Service is above average and the staff are friendly to my 3 golden retrievers. Would recommend them especially if you are staying around that area. Besides, there are lots of food and supermarket too. And other pet related stuff there. Parking is ample and drop off is in front of the vet.
