★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really like the service provided by Animal Retreat. We sent our dog there a number of times for grooming services. The staff, Joelyn and Joel, are always very patient with our dog :) They are fast in their replies whenever we enquire about available time slots. Thank you Animal Retreat for taking such good care of our dog, Cookie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to give them a try when i read the good reviews, i spent time and effort explaining my pup’s temperament and behaviour, but was told to train my dog with a muzzle and they would be open to grooming him. (He’s a chow chow and he’s not very patient) Months passed and he was fully okay with the muzzle, and i texted them to no reply. A week passed and i called. They even acknowledged and knew who i was, and told me “we’ll get back to you we’re busy now”, to which i was okay with, maybe they were really busy. But they still did not reply me (and another week has passed) i feel disappointed, if they were not ready, or didnt want to accept my pup, they could have just let me know. I really did spend time and effort to comprehensively let them know about my pup, but this was quite upsetting.

They have been looking after him very well & to be honest, he is always waiting at the gate for Joey to come & pick him up.. he cannot wait to go to TAR. It warms my heart to know he is well looked after & the love & care they provide him.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants their furkid to be bask in love & care. Most importantly, you need not worry about them while at work or running errands. They are definitely in good hands ! Kudos to the TAR team ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place/people! They are extremely flexible and our dog always comes back happy and tired! He waits by the door in the mornings. Shuttle service is timely and they always let us know the schedule ahead of time. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to send your dog(s) for socialising. We've been sending our dog, Kimchi, here for the last 1 year and she loves it. Apart from daycare, they have other facilities like pickup and drop, grooming services etc. The icing on the cake is the staff. Absolute legends, especially Joelyn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TAR is a godsend for all doggie owners who wish to place their pups in a safe, clean and fun environment. My dog Wookie always comes home happy, contented and ready to nap. Joelyn provides the best service - responsive to texts and genuinely cares for our furkids. The pick-up and drop-off transport service is on time, which saves dog owners a lot of hassle. Can’t recommend enough of this retreat!
