★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very greedy shop. They're selling the hard lense remover for $6. Optical shops usually gives them out for FOC as it comes in bulk and its not on the shelf for sales. I wouldn't mind if it's $2 to $3 for one as I understand businesses are no charity bodies. My husband doesn't want to question the price as I needed the remover to remove my lenses. Taking advantage of someone when someone is in desperate condition is not an ethical things to do.
If there's a choice, I wouldn't even give it one star.

The staff are genuinely helpful, knows their products well, answered the inquries that I had and reasonable price point. They even went the extra mile to help me service certain components of my glasses without me asking. It was such a delightful surprise and definitely a place I would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service from Annie. Gave me a lots of time to pick out my glasses, explained all the lenses and finally delivered the spectacles well before the promised date. Also fixed my old pair of glasses for me without any charges! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service & I love the unique range of eyewear! I got a pair from facexface and have gotten many complements about how unique it looks! The staff was friendly & I got my order done in a mere couple of days even with all the lens customizations I needed like blue light filters etc.
Will highly recommend!
