This outlet is relatively new, hut all service staff are well trained, very polite and helpful. However, outlet has very limited seats and be prepared to wait a little longer if you are not the only customer.

I'm sitting right now at coffee bean. I think the staff super stressed. Only 1 person. Loud clang of the spoons in the sink, asking people to wait for 20.mins...instead of relaxing, I feel super stressed ! Perhaps she is under paid or not treated well. Poor staff and customers:(

Please work on staff attitude. Don't open 24 hours if your staff between 1am to 5am are gonna treat customers like they dont deserve to dine in. Came in at 3:45am, mentioned that we were gonna dine in but received remarks from staffs. Their body language and tone already told us that they did not want us there. After having our meal, another 2 guests walk in and was told that food had a 20mins waiting time. I mean, your food are pre-cooked and only needed to be microwave at most becus i have worked in coffee bean before, y'all dont actually do actual cooking behind the kitchen. Therefore, if your staffs cant handle midnight crowd or people who walks in at 3/4am, just close at 11pm like every other F&B outlets.

(Take away) on 12/12/21 0030hrs....i was ordered 2 chocolate cake 1 piece of gula melaka cake 1 piece of cheesecake...i was paid to tat...but at last i never get wat i paid for..pls tell to staff to work carefully and check and doble confirm the order with customer.very disappointed

Newly open in tampines mart... Small n cosy with 4 small tables for 2... Mainly for take away suppose... Nice n not as crowded as those big stores...

Very disappointed and upset. (Foodpanda delivery) Had ordered the same items back 2 mths ago, was pleased with every item diligently and carefully packed- brek o day with extra scrambled (for my 3yo) in a separate packing, and also impressed with the syrup separately packed on top of my cold brewed ceylon tea and 4 pots of butter as requested. Today, I've got missing item scrambled egg which I have paid for and no syrup for my cold brew tea and no butter at all. I have to share the little portion of eggs with my 3yo. Called the outlet, the staff had told me the eggs are already added in it. Looking at the picture, that is a very small portion of paid extra scrambled, a huge contrast from my first experience of another packaging of scrambled eggs. Tea is bitter without the syrup, I would have assumed they had poured the syrup in since there isn't any syrup pot, but it's not poured in. Very upset customer. Please ensure there are no double standard even if there is a change of staff. Was impressed the first time that's what made me order again. Staff has done service recovery with a whole new set delivered. Thank you.

First time at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Tampines mart branch. Ordered a large flat white which was a huge disappointment. The coffee is very Watery which was more like instant coffee than barrista coffee. For $9, it is not worth it at all, especially when there are better coffee outlets out there that are much cheaper. Staff are very nice tho.
