The Collar Club Singapore - 478 River Valley Rd

Brought my baby “peaches” for grooming. Very pleased with their service. Nice and spacious place for the pets to roam and play freely. Clean too! Will definitely be back! My dog was so happy after her grooming! ???

Chanced upon the Collar Club one day when I was in the area. Dropped in to ask some questions and was greeted by a pack of the happiest and friendliest dogs that I had ever seen. They were having a little 1 year adoption anniversary doggie party that day and it looked like so much fun! I was sold. A week later, I sent my 5 month old Labradoodle Puppy over for her first in-shop groom. What I really loved about the place was that the dogs were allowed to roam the play area and were not caged while waiting for their turn to be groomed. I had bad experiences in the past with other groomers and my older dog where the poor guy had to sit in a cage for a really long time while waiting for his turn. The whole situation just looked so so sad and I could tell he was anxious and unhappy. This was absolutely not the case at The Collar Club. Here they could play around with the other daycare pups, get socialised and have fun while waiting! The groom itself was lovely and my pup came out smelling super fresh with a lovely hair cut. She had a cute little complimentary bandana and was just chilling in the clean grooming area while waiting for me. She looked like she was just taking a nap. It's been 3 weeks since her groom now and she is still looking great! I later met a few other dog owners who also recommended this place and also a friend who sends her cat there to get groomed! The groomers and staff are super responsive and lovely with the animals. I'm sending my pup back for doggie day care tomorrow. Can't recommend this place enough.

It's our pup's first grooming session and we loved how friendly and patient the staff here are! As first time pawrents, we were naturally more worried and unsure, but the staff explained everything to us patiently and even managed to gave our furbaby the cut we wanted! Super good service, thank you The Collar Club!

It’s my third time sending Lola here for grooming and each time it’s been excellent and consistent and she comes back really neat and pretty. The place is really clean too! The staff updates me if there’s anything and I know Lola always has a good time at CC cos she never wants to leave. Would love to send Lola for daycare one of these days. Thank you to the CC team for being friendly and providing excellent service each time ✨

It’s our first time here and we are really amazed. The staffs there are really friendly and patience. As my poodle is rather timid, they didn’t rush us through at drop off. They took the time to hear me out and gave me and my pet ample time to settled down. When I leave they also share some videos and photos with me to reassure me all is good. The cut was very good too! They managed to trim him like I requested! 2 thumbs up! ?

Our two dogs are always in good hands at the collar club! They regularly come for grooming so it was a no brainer choice to choose the collar club pet hotel for them to stay when we went for our almost month long holiday! They took good care of them and sent regular photo and video updates and even let us know when they weren’t feeling well and offered to take them to the vet. Our dogs had fun playing with the other dogs that came for day care everyday. They also came home to us fully groomed and smelling lovely. This was their second hotel stay with them and we’ll definitely choose to have them stay again at The Collar Club on our next holiday!

sent my 8 m/o puppy to the collar club for a 2 hour play session and grooming today, was glad to hear that everything went well especially since it was his first time at daycare! there is a decent number of staff there, and the dogs are also well behaved and separated into different play groups so that they are not cramped together in a large group. they had also provided him a cute little tie for their christmas promotion :-) the store is well kept and not smelly/dirty, and we feel at ease leaving him there! overall a pleasant experience, and will be going back for future grooming sessions and daycare for my pup.

My husband and I love sending our doggo Wilbur to Collar Club! He's always so excited to go there for daycare that he's practically climbing out of the car when we turn into the carpark. The staff are all super friendly and are good with dealing with many dogs at a time. They never fail to send me multiple photo and video updates of Wilbur whenever I send him there ? We send him for grooming there too and are really pleased with his haircut! We love that Collar Club is a one-stop service, where we can send him for daycare and have him showered or groomed at the same time so that he will he be fresh and ready when we pick him up. Thank you to Gerri, Felicia, Sinyi, Dona, Pearlyn and the rest of the CC team for always taking great care of cheeky Wilbur!
