โ โ โ โ โ Restoran ini berada di sisi area kolam renang, di hotel Fairmont Singapore, lantai 8.
Pemandangan di area kolam renang diperindah dengan pepohonan hijau dan bangku-bangku santai berwarna hijau sejuk.
Kesegaran sekitarnya juga terasa di restoran ini. Menunya terbagi di empat area: buah- salad- jus, bubur- soto, main menu, roti dan pastry. Main menunya terdiri dari nasi briyani, ayam goreng, scrambled egg, kentang goreng dan semacam sayur kari.
Tiap bagian terasa fresh. Hari ini aku coba sotonya. Kuahnya unik, berbeda dengan soto di Indonesia, di sini ada sedikit rasa curry nya.
Untuk minuman, free flowing kalau sarapan di sini. Pilihannya kopi atau teh. Tadi aku mencampur tehnya dengan madu, sangat membantu meredakan batukku.
Pelayanannta yang ramah dan profesional, membuat sarapanku pagi ini terasa nikmat.
 This restaurant is located by the pool area, at the Fairmont Singapore hotel, 8th floor.
The view in the swimming pool area is enhanced by green trees and cool green relaxing benches.
The freshness of the surroundings is also felt in this restaurant. The menu is divided into four areas: fruit-salad-juice, porridge, main menu, bread and pastry. Main menu consists of briyani rice, fried chicken, scrambled egg, french fries and a kind of curry vegetable.
Every part feels fresh. Today I try sotonya. The sauce is unique, different from soto in Indonesia, here there is a slight taste of curry.
For drinks, free flowing when breakfast here. The choice is coffee or tea. I mixed the tea with honey earlier, it really helped ease my cough.
Friendly and professional service, made my breakfast this morning delicious.

โ โ โ โ โ I stayed at Fairmont on early Jan and was at the level 8 swimming pool area. I was attended by Kannan and Steven who were at the pool side bar. It was raining and I was with my son at the pool, so we decided to have some drinks at the bar. They were highly attentive and was very customer oriented and friendly. I'm really impressed with their service and they even prepared a mini cake for my wife when he knew that I was at Fairmont to celebrate my wife's birthday. Thank you for your kindness and sorry for the long overdue review.
