I have to say this. I stayed far away from flame tree but I still come back to Dr karthika Tay, she is the best! Every time something serious I will look for her. I have just done my ingrown surgery with her and she is perfect, not just a normal doctor but a special one. Have you seen those doctor , doesn’t consult you much, you go into their room and come out within 5 mins less, they don’t talk about why and what’s the cause . However doctor karthika always take time to explain my conditions and she has passion in her work. I simply love her! This doctor is really good, she cured my UTI, skin problem, tonsillitis, doesn’t charge you anyhow.

Could hear doctor joking and talking about restaurants while her patients wait for very long outside. Charged a hefty price for a short consult. A total rip off. There are many good GP nearby. Will never come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rude and unprofessional CS by the lady who answered the hotline. all I wanted was to clarify questions and she could at the very least be professional about it, and not brush off legit questions (ie consultation fees, medication) even before the customer on the line has finished. response prompted disappointment, and without hesitation, I turned to DoctorAnywhere which upholds so much better service attitude.
