Wow absolutely horrible. Went with my Wife for consultation and registration as it was her first time there. They asked if she was allergic to any medications and she replied+wrote penicillin. During consultation, Dr asked if she’s allergic to anything and she replied penicillin. Got her medication and left, only for symptoms and pain to worsen. Went to another clinic, showed the meds and the other doctor said β€˜wow that’s penicillin!’ Don’t go if you value your lives folks

Went to the clinic on a Saturday. Clearly the board says it reopens at 2pm but there was no staff attending. Someone finally appears to to say they will reopen at 2.30pm instead. I think it was the locum doctor attending (senior guy). The doctor wasn't as nice as the usual resident doctor (the Indian gentlemen). He wasn't friendly and seems not to really care. It only took 1 min for the consultation, but over 30 mins for the entire process from registering to collection of medicine although it wasn't busy. I wouldn't recommend this place if the locum (that senior guy) is working. The reception, as always, is very friendly.

Only Dr. Mahtani has sincere care for his patients here. He will inspect you and will advice to take a rest if u need to. The other Doctor for 6:30pm shift, has no care to patients at all. I came today with fever at 38.8 but he didn’t even advice for me to take a rest from work the next day. Inspected me for 2 mins then gave me tons of medicine with antihistamines that’s not really related to my fever. The receptionist said if i want MC for tomorrow i have to come back again. I had to insist for it. If you’re sick in the morning and get better in the afternoon, he will tell you that you should have come in the morning. What if you’re really feeling tired like how i feel right now, how? Come here only when Dr. Mahtani is in, else you feel even sicker.

Been visiting this clinic for many years and usually good experience. However received a phone call from Rohana of s g clinic that my son have not paid for a visit in may 2019, 15 months ago! Clinic staff also claimed that they send an invoice to home in july 2019 for a reminder payment which we never received. This is a serious accusation. We managed to find the receipt of the visit which shows that we already made payment by nets! If your clinic ever pull such a stunt on anyone, please be very sure your information is 100% correct. Also if payment have not been made, don't wait for 15 months before making a phone call, where most people will have forgotten what they did during payment and almost for sure to have thrown away their receipts. Totally unacceptable practise.

This was my childhood clinic, I always had good memories and experiences with Dr Mahtani growing up though waiting times have always been long. However, upon my returns in recent years I have had only bad experiences with the locums - all of whom really lack any bedside manner. The one experience last year which caused me to permanently change my regular clinic was with a locum who refused to grant me an MC even though I was running a fever of 38+ because "I should have come in that morning if I was really sick". Apparently if you do not come to the doctor in the morning you are malingering. He insisted that I would need to come back the next day - which I did as I was still sick. Resulting in me paying again for a consultation fee with the obvious same diagnosis from another doctor.

Dr Mahtani is very good and extremely approachable and kind. But the nurses outside except Rohana are so very rude.. Today had a very bad experience with a nurse outside at 9am. She spoilt my day .. no respect and have no sense to talk to others.

Clinic staff nurses are extremely rude, lack basic manners and unprofessional as frontline service staff. Registration process is broken, staff nurses not registering patients in queue order resulting in long and unnecessary waiting time. When questioned, staff nurses became rude and hostile, pushing blame to and faulting patient for not producing documents for registration, which is untrue. Severely poor quality service, not recommended to visit.

The front end staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The Doctor was very sweet and accommodating. Had our PCR test done. Great experience overall
