We were there during the lockdown in early to mid 2020 and Keystone tried to accomodate the difficult situation we were all in with flexible contract terms. The houses themselves are nicely designed and feature good smart home gadgets and two nice terraces, which make life a lot nicer.

I had very good contact with the management who was very responsive if needed. They also organised special events to integrate the whole Keystone community. I also appreciated the transparency of all rules and prices. Overall, I really recommend Keystone.

Keystone was the best part of my Singapore experience and made my housing super seamless. The keystone team was always a call away and had resolved issues I raised about the accomodation. I got two units for different rental periods and both times I have walked into well furnished rooms in units perfectly fit for a fuss free stay. They were transparent about costs and room availability which helped me to not worrying about hidden costs or being scammed in a market where its very common. Keystone team had also consistently invested in networking events for its residents.

The house was great, very new and modern, everything was ready to move in, and the process was extremely easy. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Roselle, who was my main point of contact, was always very responsive and friendly. Cost wise, I believe it is the most economical option in close proximity. But more importantly, Keystone helps to remove the hassle of dealing with the property agents when choosing to stay at a condo, finding replacements when doing campus exchange or even chasing the landlord for the deposit refund after leaving Singapore. Lastly, the neighborhood is fantastic with many great restaurants, cafes and bars, and I never had to walk 15 mins to school under the scorching heat. I will always recommend Keystone to my friends and whoever looking for accommodations close to INSEAD.

The neighborood is peaceful, located near both ESSEC and INSEAD. The Keystone team is available and genuinely interested in strengthening the community and making our life there easier.
