I didn't have to wait at all for my appointment and was immediately attended to by the hearing consultant at The Listening Lab Outram. She was very attentive and reassuring and helped me assess the root cause of my hearing aid whistling problem very quickly. Highly recommended.

I work in Cecil Street and I take one direct bus straight to Tiong Bahru and just a short walk to Eng Hoon St. No walking "miles" to MRT, up and down escalators and going through security into Malls. On Sats when I turn up to buy batteries, my husband drops me right at this Centre and I just pop in and out in minutes. Consultant Fann Khoo is so attentive and explains things so clearly. I am 66 years old and I really need locations like this and a consultant like Fann. I give this Centre 10 stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hearing Consultant Fann is very professional, attentive and patient. While I was an experienced hearing aid wearer and had some specific idea on what I want, Fann did not just take the order and sell me the brand that I inquired. Instead, she took the time to understand my needs and wants, proposed several alternatives and explained clearly the pros and cons of each. I ended up buying a pair of Widex (not my original choice) and am very happy with its performance.
And the location is super convenient!
