My father was fitted with hearing aids at TTSH and Listening Lab, especially Jeremi, treated him like he was their own patient. He was very patient in explaining the information that we needed to know about the hearing aids. He was also considerate that he asked his colleague, Shuting, to join in so she can talk to my father directly. They are both very knowledgeable in their field. Although the location is hard to find, I can say that it was worth it as the service provided was excellent. More power to this company!

I found listening lab as I was interested in technology and specifically the resound brand due to blue tooth and phone integration. I was able to email them and discuss remotely fully understanding all options and costs clearly. They are by far the friendliest and most professional company I researched. On making the decision and going into the company I was led through the whole process and felt completely looked after. The sales service and after care from all has been brilliant. I went into Crawford lane as you feel very cared for and VIP with dedicated service customer care. Near lavender it is easy enough to find and I have since had a check up and service there. If I ever have a question or problem I can WhatsApp them and they assist me straight away, this on top of the resound product options makes my experience great. The guys do a fantastic job and I have no doubt recommending them to all.
