My grandma has been very apprehensive about wearing hearing aid. After speaking with Vina, she became more receptive and finally agreed to wear them. Vina is very helpful, cheerful, patient and professional. She interacts very well with elderly, understands how they think and conveys messages in an easy-to-understand way. My grandma is very happy with her “new pair of ears” now - she told me she can finally hear the raindrop sound and car zooming past. Thank you Vina for all your help! Highly recommended!!

I just got my second set of heaing aids from Widex. This is a more superior set compared to Signia. The sound is more authentic and there are various features to suit my needs as in background noise reduction, multi directional sound pickup and customising the sound I want. This is important to me as I need it for big meeting settings or seminar. I am also impressed with the professional services provided by the consultant in Simei, Ms Vina Ang. She patiently goes through how I could maximise the use of my aids. ?

I am so happy with my new hearing aids bought from The Listening Lab. I now hear many sounds that I've not heard for years and my life is now enlivened with much more meaning. Thanks also to Vina's professionalism in her guidance, I have no difficulty in handling the aids at all. Thank you very much, Vina. For those out there still hesitant about getting a set, I assure you it's really worth your money and time to get one. I now wish I had gone to them earlier for a year's deliberations has caused even further deterioration of my hearing. So please come and get it ASAP if you really need aids!

Went with my grandma to Simei to get her hearing aid. The consultant Ms Ang services was excellent and she was very friendly.

My dad has been a client of Listening Lab Simei exactly for one year now and we as a family are extremely satisfied with the product recommended for my dad. In particular, we are impressed by the service provided by Dr Vina. She is highly knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to make sure that all our questions related to my dad’s hearing are answered. Dr Vina patiently guided my dad to familiarise with the devices and explained to him in a manner that senior person could easily understand. When my dad had his first devices on, she made sure that whatever adjustments that were needed are completed with precision and most importantly comfort for him. My dad still has his appointment with Dr Vina to ensure that the devices are well maintained. Her service is still amazingly consistent especially with her friendly and pleasant disposition. Overall, having the confidence of knowing that my dad can hear clearly again is an unbelievably positive experience for him as well as for the family.

After experiencing profound hearing loss in my left ear a few years ago, I thought that it was something that I would just have to learn to live with. Several audiologists and hearing centres later, no one gave me any confidence that a hearing aid could do anything for my condition. That is, until I visited the Simei branch and met Vina. I wasn't expecting much from the visit, given all the bad predictions I'd been given before. Vina however, guided me through the entire process and gave me the confidence to try out a hearing aid for the first time, and what a difference it made! My quality of life has improved dramatically since I got mine. Getting fitted for any medical device can be a harrowing experience, but I'd like to give a special thank you to Vina and the team for the smooth experience. I should have just come here first!

My mom first went to a clinical specialist for consultation. However, while they went thru the procedures during the hearing test and informed the needs to wear a hearing aid professionally. They are not very sympathetic that my mom is a first time patient regarding hearing loss. There are lack of details and explanations on the expectations and concerns that come with hearing loss and wearing hearing aids. The rental sets that we loan for $100 to try out for the week is also very uncomfortable for my mum which end up with a week of bad experiences for her Therefore, in the end we did not buy the hearing aids from the specialist. We therefore decided to book a free test with Listening Lab in Simei a week later since we live nearby and we are very glad we did. Vina, who attend to my mom is very attentive and sympathetic to her concerns. While doing the test and letting my mom tryout the hearing aids both indoors and outdoors, she is very patient in addressing our questions and concerns while providing detailed explainations ,giving relatable scenerios and at the same time help my mom familiarise with the device. This helps greatly in allowing us, especially my mom, to understand the importance of getting hearing aids and give us realistic expectations. This also help to alleviate the fears of my mom who is stressed by her loss of hearing abilities. The free returning consultations which we go back for regular reviews where Listening Lab monitor my mom's progress and make any required adjustment to suit her current adaptability is also an important factor why we end up purchasing hearing aids from them. Overall, I will recommend anyone with similar hearing issues to Listening Lab and thumbs up to Vina for the wonderful service. Definitely 5 stars from me
