β β β β β The best wine shop that I ever come across. You donβt get the feeling of being force to buy a wine like some wine shop. The amazing part is this lady by the name Jo and she is like a walking wine dictionary. She will definitely be able to find you the wine you like. Itβs my favorite choice now when I need to get a few bottle for my house.

β β β β β Last week I was went to a wine tasting event by a Rothschild wine specialist company and discovered that the quality and taste was much better than what I had previously ordered greatworld city. I think that there is a lot to be said for the handling, care and storage of wine. Itβs opened up my eyes.

One of the store associates (male) greeted me with a rude βhow can I help youβ like I was wasting his time. Then responded with a sarcastic βsureβ when I asked to see their cigars.
The other store associate was friendly but not very helpful. E.g. when I asked for the price of the humidor unit - he said βoh I think itβs around 4 or 5 thousand.β Iβm asking for an exact price, not your best guestimate.
First associate did not acknowledge or look at me when I said thank you on the way out.
Donβt waste your time here. Davidoff of Geneva at Ion Orchard has much better service.

β β β β β Horribly rude service from the lady at the counter - Curt, dismissive and unpleasant. Youβd think the store that charges one of the highest Mark ups in Singapore (just check wine-searcher.com) would have the best service, this is not true at all. Avoid at all costs
