★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New widening of pathways and overhead bridge makes it highly accessible to the MRT station and future Pasir Ris 8 Developments. Definitely the prime area of pasir ris.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From main road bus stop, there is no Service bus travel to the Condos at that area.
It is good walking exercises for those fit & healthy person as they can walk to the Condos.
For seniors and not fit & healthy, they will find problem of walking & very tired.
The walking path is narrow and walking toward the Condos is not save as always afraid of bicycles knocking us when we are walking, as we cannot see from behind our back. Suggestion is to have a cycling path for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resident here. It has a good combination of modern design with the continuous flow cascading pools and also the rustic eco pond and winding walkways around the estate. Relatively tucked in a quiet corner of pasir ris yet close to the center
