Super friendly staff, got serviced by Minnie and she was super wonderful up till the very end. Was in a tight spot and needed a suit ready for an important meeting later in the afternoon and she suggested a fantastic suit to add on to my collection and even offered to stitch up the sleeve and pants temporarily as it was a little long for me. Overall fantastic store and will definitely visit again for more. Will definitely recommend for those who need a suit in a pinch.

Although the store was understaffed, Minnie was very helpful and friendly. You can tell she loves her job and was very good with customers. She was the only one doing customer service, the cashier and answering the phone! I think they need another staff to help her out. My brother is overall very happy with his new suit! I came on 17th of April at 4.45pm. The shutter was closed but the lights were switched on. I had to buy pants for work purpose urgently. I thought maybe the retail assistant might have gone for dinner break but no notice was present. I actually walked around the mall till 6pm, hoping that the retail assistant will come back but unfortunately no one came back and i had to buy from another brand. I am disappointed as i am a regular at Shirt Bar. The retail assistant should have indicated what time he/she would have been back. The number linked to the google account is not valid. Hope something is done with regards to this. Thank you.

Excellent choice for your apparel needs. Customer experience provided by Minnie is impeccable, knowledgeable advice is dispensed without any hint pushiness. A capable spokesperson for the brand.

The staff Minnie is friendly and helpful in giving suggestion to which formal clothes and pant suit an individual. She also tell us the different compartment the pant have. Overall a go to place to look for formal wear for men.

Disclaimer: I did not make my purchase here as I wanted to wait a day before buying, ended up having to visit another branch due to time constraints. I went to the Westgate branch last week and can attest to the other reviews about Minnie. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and very attentive, and was able to share about color and pattern options without being overbearing or pushy. A huge improvement from the other branch that I ended up buying my clothes at, and I regret not being able to make the purchase with her. On top of that, the cuts here are fantastic for smaller folk. As a ~161cm guy, I was shocked to see that their shirts and suits were almost perfect fits and only needed minor alterations. The shirts especially fit me much better than the ones from Benjamin Barker, for example. My only issue was that the sales push can be a bit aggressive. Even though I said I didn't want the spill-resistant shirt because it was too expensive, I was still given it to try on along with the suit I had chosen - perhaps the goal was to get you to try it on and feel good so you end up buying it anyway. That said, they did not react badly when I told them this was not what I wanted, so all in all, still a great experience, just be careful and firm with what you are handed and what you will purchase.

Minnie has been helpful and excellent in her service. She was patient in listening to our requests and curating shirts accordingly. She has gone above and beyond in checking for sizes and availability. Minnie is also polite, patient and friendly, and is not pushy at all. Thanks to her impeccable and high service standard and good recommendations, we did end up buying more than expected.
