I've had previous bad experiences with other vets and I was apprehensive about trying new places. Since I've moved house, I decided to give them a go as they were closest to my new place. Booked an appointment for my cat's castration over the phone a few days ago... Came in at 10am yesterday. Saw the vet within 10 mins (as there was someone else in the queue before me). Dr Heng first did a thorough physical checkup on my cat, Jenga. Then, proceeded to explain to me the entire procedure with plenty of reassurances. He also gave an option of doing full blood work but as I've rescued Jenga when he was about a week's old (100% indoor cat), I declined. He wasn't pushy but sincere about providing proper care. He was gentle and kind to both Jenga and I. Received a call from Dr Heng and the receptionist at 1130, informing me that the procedure has been done. Picked Jenga up at 1400 and took him home with painkillers. I frequently rescue/foster cats and have been to many vets over the years. It always feels like I've to choose between affordable rates and good service. Thank you for providing both. By far, the most fuss-free sterilization that I've had to put a cat through. Highly recommend. Thank you so much Dr Heng and team. ❀️?

Went there for the 1st time with our Genki and I must say we had a very good experience. Dr Liang spent time finding out from us what was our concern and gave us good advices. Genki was at ease at the clinic and he did his neutering there. He was active again immediately aft GA is off and not showing any sign of discomfort. The medication given for his fungal infection and tummy ache works well too. Glad that we read many reviews for various vets before we decided to go to this vet; they're far from where we stayed and we definitely made a good choice!

Consulted Dr Melvin Tan for the first time today, and I would like to commend him and his team for their professional and dedicated approach to diagnosing my pet dog's (pypy) infected eye. He gave a good range of his own opinions which I felt were honest and neutral, and even recommended other vets that might be helpful for a second opinion for her condition. Dr Melvin was also meticulous and kind enough to take notes for us, which were really useful for further reading or research at home. Nurses were great too and took care to comfort her during the check up. While many lesser vets could have chosen to give less details, opinions and pushed for more tests before they might be willing to comment further, I found Dr Melvin to be very detailed and in no way arrogant or inexperienced as the previous review suggested. Thank you and I hope that you and your team can keep up with such professionalism and compassion for the all the fur kids out there.

I called prior to going down as this was an emergency case. I found a hit-and-run kitten under my block, but they were unable to rescue it. They even made me wait for the previous consultation to be over before it was my turn. As I am reporting this hit-and-run, SPCA followed up with me and mentioned that most vets will offer a post-mortem for such cases. None of these options were offered to me. They just processed the kitten and charged me for cremation fees. They did not even bother to take the kitten out nor let me say my goodbye. At the counter, I even had to ask if there were other options, they then mentioned about keeping the remains in an urn. I personally think they are not kind to animals, its all about the money. AVOID them for emergency cases and DO NOT recommend. I have attached the Code of Ethics for Veterinarians Page 15. "When a veterinarian encounters a death of an animal under his care, the offer of a post-mortem examination should always be given tactfully..."

Great nurses and doctor who's really attentive and helpful. We are dog sitters for a family member and werent experienced with pets and the nurses were very patient in guiding us how to do ear cleaning and putting medicine in the ear. We even had the opportunity to watch, video and record notes so that we can do it back home. The doc is also very patient in explaining to us the options so we could check in with the owner for the preferred treatment plan. Thanks so much for helping Coco get better!
