★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I order online so I wouldn't know but today I learned that while the food is great, the service is horrible.
The staff blasts music and then shouts "HUH?" at you loudly when they can't hear your order. The burrito is supposed to come with five toppings. I said two and hesitated for a moment to decide if I wanted corn or mash and the staff (who looked like a PRC) rolled up my burrito. When I told her I also wanted mash, she rolled her eyes and sighed extremely loudly.
I felt like the response was extremely unwarranted especially since:
1) I barely paused
2) There was nobody else in the queue
I would understand if they were busy and thus were frustrated but they just seemed annoyed that I interrupted their chat. In future, I'll stick with using a delivery app or not visit this outlet at all.

It was my first time coming to stuffd, the staff were very nice and patience , they did nor rush me when i was struggling to choose the ingredients and even guide and reccomend me some of their bestsellers so i can have a reference to what to order :D thank you very much , will definitely come again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I revisited this outlet 2 weeks ago and today, there is real improvement to the waiting time. Queue is also shorter because it moves faster. Happy that they taken measures to make improvements.
Previous post
They just care about fulfilling their delivery orders. Only 4 customers in front ordering 1-2 pieces each but I still have to wait 25 minutes to be served. Why? There are more than 10 orders being squeezed into the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I went back to stuffd for some good food and I was greeted by a kind Malay staff named sharmila. She politely took my order and gave my food really fast. I love the way she works so swiftly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order from deliveroo very regularly and lately missing all sorts of items with no remarks or compensation.
Within a few days, I got one order with no guacamole (that I paid extra for) or sauces.
Another with no couscous, edamame, or extra zucchini/carrots (specified 2x on my order), that's losing half the items and amount. See photos.
I feel like I'm being taken advantage of because I can't vet the order before it comes. Completely unacceptable.
Edit: Was missing the Coke I ordered once or twice as well.
Photos are from 2 seperate occasions, one missing couscous + edamame, the other missing guac + sauces

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying from grabfood.. really tasty..i ordered impossible kebab .. the wrap is not so thick and just nice.. i choose spicy sauce and it was defintely very spicy. mash potato portion was quite generous. will defintely try other options next time.
