★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each a cup is the best BBT shop for a health conscious person because when you ask for 0% sugar, you really do get 0%. At many other stores, the drinks are still slightly sweet at 0% because their toppings (e.g. jelly) are coated in sugar syrup.
Anyway, I tried the lemon with aiyu drink and it was super refreshing! Only order this if you’re okay with sour-ness though, because it’s not sweet at all. I got it after my run and I felt instantly refreshed with this drink :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad & irresponsible service. I have ordered 4 cups of bubble tea from this store through grab at 8.15pm and scheduled it at 9.15pm. First grab deliverer canceled on me and i wondered why.
Grab immediately scheduled another deliverer for me. I asked the second grab deliverer to update me what was going on.
He told me the staff said that they only accept walk ins and asked the driver to cancel on me.
Why can't the staff call me and let me know earlier, instead of making me wait and waste the two grab deliverer's time?
If you don't accept delivery why did you put it on Grab food? I could have ordered from other stores instead of making me wait till 10pm and now all the stores are closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a large milk tea via grabfood at night for my dinner. Was looking forward to the milk tea but was super disappointed when it arrived. I don't know is it near closing time or they just run out of milk tea, the whole large cup was full of ice and you can see and taste the diluted milk tea. Plus they didn't even put the sugar syrup so I was drinking tea smelling and taste water bitter milk tea which was disastrous. A simple call could have change this review to let me know you have not enough milk tea but instead you put a whole cup of ice to replace the tea which I was not paying for the ice apparently. Theres no standard quality control of SOP drinks made here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selection of drinks. However, it would be better if they can offer dairy alternatives (e.g. oat milk or soy milk) for their milk teas for vegan or lactose-intolerant customers. Used to come here often for the milk teas but I stopped after I turned vegan (after finding out how horrible the dairy industry is). Will patronise again if they introduce plant-based milk options like some other newer bubble tea chains have done.
