Rude and slow staff ?

The women was so rude and mannerless.

Pass off uncooked waffles to customer. Utterly disappointed

I was at your shop at Paya Lebar to buy a waffle. I was served by an elderly lady. What I saw stopped me from buying the waffle. I could not believed my eyes when I saw what she did. She cleaned the ladle used to make the waffle with a dirty used tissue that she picked from one of the plastic bags used for throwing rubbish which was under the counter. I saw and asked her why she did that and she denied. She said she used a clean tissue. I went to the side of the counter and pointed to the dirty tissue in the plastic bag. I told her that I definitely saw her taking the old used and eventually she admitted. Luckily, I witnessed that. If not, what will happen to me after eating the waffle with the germs from the tissue used to clean the ladle. Where is the hygiene control in your store especially with COVID around? Definitely this is not acceptable. Appreciate if you can counsel the lady so that she will not to do this again to other customers that are not alert.

Very good pandan waffles. Slightly burnt on the outside which has a crispy edge and soft and chewy in the inside. Pandan taste also prominent.
