I was assisted by Deputy boutique manager Juan Pablo. He made good recommendations of the watches and rings that I was interested in and gave good explanation the products. His friendly professionalism made my whole experience of going to this boutique a very pleasant one.

Was serviced by Joeann, i would say her service was excellent! She has vast knowledge of Cartier’s product and patient to explain and share with us the product’s origin story. Very bubbly lady. Would come and look for her again when i visit Cartier!

An unplanned trip to try out pendant & necklace turned out to be a wonderful shopping experience to end the weekend! Was looking for the sales associate who attended to me previously but was told she was on medical leave. Sa Sa then asked if she could assist and I told her the jewellery which I’ve shortlisted. She looked surprised when I told her what I wanted but she was professional in her response and continued to sit me down at the desk while she went to retrieve the items for me to try. She assisted to put on the items and offered to give alternative suggestions when those jewellery which I asked for were not available or not fitting for my wear. While doing so, she was also very attentive to make sure she told the door security to look out for my cousins who were on their way. During the session, we tried quite a couple of items and each time, she offered very constructive suggestions. Because of her professionalism and honest feedback, both my cousin & myself decided to proceed with our purchases. We were all very pleased & delighted with the excellent and personal service which is not a common experience when shopping locally. Thanks Sa Sa & Cartier for making our day great and giving us the trust in local service standards once again!

Cartier ION! Your staff Mr Lee Han Wei is your saving grace from a past experience that felt like we aren't treated with respect and for buying something that wasn't costly from your place! I didn't like a previous experience as i felt the service was lacking in terms of attentiveness and sensitivity. But today went i went to collect my engraved ring, i literally got a service i wasn't expecting. Han Wei was in charge of getting me my ring and was very attentive even though it was a collect and go thing. He offered water without we asking which we didn't get the previous time we came over and when he saw we had multiple bags of stuff, offered us a bigger bag to consolidate all our stuff. I come from the service industry with a company that's known worldwide in the aviation industry and wow. What Han Wei did in a span of 5mins blew me away with what service i expect from a high end jewellery store especially from a brand as prestigious as Cartier. This is what service is all about. Holding it to a high standard and showing patience and attentiveness to customers! Do give my compliment to Han Wei! Really changed my perspective on your boutique.

Was given an excellent service by JY as I swung by the boutique on 14 Jan to purchase a Cartier Santos M stainless steel. Though there was no stock in store at the point of time, he went the extra mile to check the inventory and manage to get one sent down within 30 min. Please convey my compliments to him as he is a great envoy of your boutique and the Cartier brand.

I was picking up my watch that I sent in for servicing, whilst a pleasant experience, I expected a little more from the house of Cartier. For example, when I was presented with my watch to inspect and try on, I was not provided a tray to place the watch that I wore. A small matter and nothing to fret about but it is these small details that make a difference when it comes to a luxury experience. I would recommend making an appointment before heading to the store as I've noticed a line outside the door several times, particularly so on weekends.
