Our experience with Miss Mi Lan who is extremely patient and knowledgeable with the products and showing all the products we are interested. Miss Mi Lan did a good job with the after sales service too.

She is very knowledgeable despite having only worked for a few months with the brand and even though we did not express any strong interest to purchase, she made us felt extremely comfortable staying at the boutique while enjoying the beauty of A.Lange&Sohne. It was Truely an Eye opener for me and my friend, the finishing of the watch from its dial to its movement are extraordinary. I would love to own one in the future! She proactively brought out many models including the limited edition Lange 1 perpetual calendar. I had initially walked in to view the Saxonia and Lange 1 Moonphase. However, Ms Fu patiently offered other models for my wife and I to try on. Really appreciate the excellent and pleasant service offered. Truly a high standard just like all AL&S watches.

No only Karen taught me how to set my Saxonia Moonphase ,Karen also shared with me the other Lange timepiece that i am keen to explore. The chat was good and the level of service from Karen really impress me. Thank you for hosting me in your boutique
S	SHODIKING on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first time visiting this boutique and we were greeted warmly by Keith. Our initial plan was just to collect the photos that we took at the Lange exhibition a week prior. After chatting for a few minutes, I asked if we could try on a few watches as I've always wanted to try on a masterpiece like Lange. Long story short, the initial plan for a 30 minute visit turned to 3 hours! Keith assured us that we could stay and chat as long as we wanted. I was upfront in telling him that I couldn't afford a Lange as of now but that didn't affect his splendid customer service towards us. We were even offered a drink and left with a hard copy of Lange's catalog! For anyone that has had any hesitations before about visiting, put those aside as you're truly missing out in an amazing boutique experience. We visited many boutiques from other watch brands before but this was hands down the best!
