β β β β β Today just called their customer service hotline to ask whether there is stock for the new pokemon set battle styles on Friday. When I call the line, a lady answered the call. Then I asked her the question. Then you know what she said? She said " I'm not sure" then go silent. Then I said thank you for the service and end the call. A normal cashier will at least tell you hold on and he or she check then give u the answer but this cashier just answered I'm not sure and go silent like she was impatient. If u don't know might as well not work! With this attitude no one will come to your store just because of this lady. Think she really need to be fired.

β β β β β A very unpleasant service by a lady staff name Joyce, without even try to help and keep reject and answer very rude to me. I can understand company policy and actually I just brought the game less than a few hours without even install or play it. Just opened the plastic cover only. I even say sorry and wishing she could call the management to help out as I always a regular customer to support you all. Very disappointed and finally a guy in causeway outlet help me alot by calling the management to solve my problem. Very big thanks and appreciate this guy cos he listen and help me this very special offer for me. Hope you management can speak and give this Joyce a class to learn what is service and poliite towards a customer. Last I like to thank this Guy from cause way outlet for the gesture help.
