It was ok if she didnt want to extend the discount , i was 1 piece short but she stopped me from trying to add the next lady's order to mine to stop us from getting additional discount. Well played she cost TH more than few pieces of business today i am sure

3 days exchange policy is ridiculous when you're buying a gift for a person and that person returns for a size change pass the 3 days requirement. I Was told very rudely by a senior Chinese Lady. Even after I told her I've spent thousands $$ in this outlet.
