★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always been a busy over weekend but this is one of a few that my kids/family always looking forward to. Despite the busy and packed, timezone VC has always been my top choices among other outlet. And also the attendant Wawa, she had been very polite and welcoming to serve despite the long que over at the bumper ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a fun place.. but some games really a scam.. less than 10sec of playing game its just end.. e.g. rabbids and ladder as mentioned in another review. imagine 3 of us play and almost 10 dollars reap off in 10 sec..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of games to play for both kids and adults. Personally enjoyed the bowling game, basketball and the recycling waste game. There's both digital and live bowling alley, mario kart game, VR games, bumper cars and so on. They had a bundle deal for 17th November and 19th November (top up $50 for bonus $50 credit, which lasted me, husband and SIL to play for about 2 hours). The bumper cars has scheduled timings though. Saw some stools for kids to view/play the game which is nice and thoughtful. So far Timezone is one of the best arcade i've tried so far. ?? Will come again some other time.

No more paper waste from the tickets! It is all in the cards now. Convenient.
There is a huge range of games in a comfortable air-conditioned environment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We celebrated our son’s 10th birthday. It is an incredible place and the kids had loads of fun. We had our own private place to host the kids, cut the cake, and then they could go and play in the game machines.
Andrew and Hanis were our hosts and they did a fabulous job! Really went out of their way to help us and make the entire experience memorable.
Highly suggest as a place if you are looking to celebrate ur child’s birthday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy as always on the weekend, but the experience I have is always amazing due to their customer service. Understand that some guests can get upset while waiting for their turn at the counter, but kudos to the staff, especially Sabrina for being patient and friendly while attending to them! The other staff are also trying their best going around helping the guests. Keep it up guys!
Just a bit sad there's not a lot of Pokemon prizes at the redemption store. Big fan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is crowded but that's how a fun-filled place should be. We did not get to wait too long for our turns. The Mario Kart is so interesting! The characters are so cute. The rides are so funny! It drifts. It jumps to avoid being attacked by our opponents. We get to take our photos and we look so funny as we appear on our screen. My son likes the roller coaster ride especially. It comes with VR, wind and vibrations as it rolls and slides increasing the excitement. The mini bowling alley let the kids play like young professional adults. This is no doubts, a place for families getaways.
