โ โ โ โ โ Well executed dishes at this neighborhood hawker centre, and good value for money. Expect long waits up to an hour during the weekend evenings (we gave up waiting), and quiet weekday evenings (our favorite time to visit).

โ โ โ โ โ Chai Poh Fried Kway Teow. Being a Teochew Hia makes me appreciate this chai poh kway teow which is the actual fried kway teow (yes not the black sauce one that is a Singaporean favourite, i like that too by the way). This Chai Poh Kway Teow is filled with a variety of meat , seafood and crunchy vegetables and has a good wok hei (wok's breath).

โ โ โ โ โ Best chicken in singapore. Tender juicy succulent super crispy skin. $13 for half chicken.

โ โ โ โ โ Old school zichar stall. Ordered hor fun. Flavourful and savoury sauce, but hor fun itself is lacking wok hey. The savoury sauce was really tasty though. The chef is using good soup base for all their zichar fares. Will be back to try more.

โ โ โ โ โ Long wait at times due to uncle one man show in the kitchen. However it is normal to wait at popular tze char stalls. There are some good dishes at the stall, i will come here on rotation basis. Hope the owner kids carry on his standard!

โ โ โ โ โ Do not order seafood from this place! We were charged $120 for a plate of 10 prawns! the boss claimed itโs a type of rare sea prawn- honestly canโt tell the difference and itโs total rip off!

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best Zi char stalls around. They really push the idea of comfort food right to the limit. Been here many times to try out all the dishes in their extensive menu.
My wife and I always enjoy our time there, always very satisfying!
The must have dishes for us is:
1. the signature roast chicken (juicy, tender meat but still crispy skin),
2. red braised bean curd
3. Salted egg bittergourd (love their take on this because unlike other salted egg dishes, it isn't too salty and has a nice delectable blend)
4. (and if you're feeling decadent) you can get their crabs (must preorder and put a deposit cos they get it fresh on the day from the crab suppliers Sri Lankan crabs so there's a lot of meat to bite into!) In particular must definitely try the soy sauce crab, it's their speciality and I always eat all the gravy with white rice when it comes!
Highly recommended and definitely never disappointing, neighbourhood zi char but first class restaurant level dining!

โ โ โ โ โ Best neighbourhood zichar stall. Price reasonable and taste is great. Cooked by local experienced chefs. The roasted chicken is awesome. Alot of ingredients for horfun and fried mee with authentic local flavour. Seafood is fresh. Price reasonable especially that the prawns are huge and fresh. Try the pork trotters fried beehoon! Not on menu. May need to book in advance.
