Please ignore my earlier incomplete survey. I am re-doing here. Mr Gan was very responsive n understood the urgency, with my car possibly getting in the way of traffic. I had a dinner appointment n needed to collect food too, when the car died as I made my way to get out. I am very appreciative to Mr Gan's sense of urgency, his professionalism n good disposition which helped keep me calm. Thank you very much to Mr Gan, n the kind of service Toyota/Borneo offers.

Efficient and on time. Carlos Bruno who assisted my was very helpful and explained every detail they will do before the service. He called up and ask approval to replace some parts during the service. And explained everything that was done after the service. He even escorted me to where the car was park. Thank you Carlos. Well done.

I would like to thank Mr. Kelvin Tan and team from Toyota Ubi. They are efficient, helpful and professional. after recall fuel pump we have a few issues with the fuel indicator issues, Kelvin is very nice and knowledgeable. he explained to us the issues and share with us vehicle information! Met an accident and need to report to Toyota Ubi Body care centre for accident report and AIG insurance claims/repair. Mr Sam help and assist me the on the reporting and arrange a loan vehicle from AIG insurance. The repair took 4 days to complete. After collecting the vehicle, I notice the some issue after repair setting and button relocation. Mr Sam offer to pick up my vehicle to be rectify but I just do not want to trouble too much and offer to drive down few days later. Mr Sam collect the key and get it done within 20mins. I appreciate Mr Sam make extra effort and assist on my case which make it a smooth one. Thank you Mr Sam

Pleased to share that I have been sending my vehicle at Toyota Ubi Service Center since the 1st servicing. Apart from the convenience of having service booking and sending arrangement, Toyota Ubi will be my preferred vehicle servicing arrangement. Under the guidance assistance from Mr Carlos, whom shared his professional advise on my car well being during servicing arrangement. He gave the assurance that the car is under good care as to ensure a well condition and performance. He listens and attended to my feedback whereby the vehicle require additional concern. He constantly update for vehicle status upon received and collection availability. My sincere gratitude to Mr Carlos. Thumbs up for the great service performance.

Carlos is the best service consultant that I ever met. He is very helpful and provide very good service. He demonstrated knowledge and professional to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. He often updated me with the status of the service. He is very polite.

Please advise if anyone encountered this errors. Walked in to Toyota service centre ubi on 8 July 2022 4pm as these errors appear when I switched on my car. Sent the car in and was pleasantly surprised that I can collect the car after 9am on 9 July 2022. I went to collect the car and was told that everything is fine, the error was just due to a software update which they have updated it and it will be fine. Everything seems fine when I switched on the car at the workshop, so I left and went home. However, later that afternoon (5pm) when I switched on my car again, the errors appeared. I'm not sure what the issue is, whether its with the technician or the software, etc. but definitely the job was not done well. Hope there can be some explanation.
