Rude & insensitive to grieving family.

Sebastian Kwan was called down by the undertaker to certify my Father's death. Beside arrival late, he didn't apologise and asked if we have surgical hand glove as he fogot to bring along with him. We are already in distress for our loss and he started joking with the undertaker. Next he took the cigarette from the table asking if he wanted to smoke with him. Can a doctor smoke and behave unprofessional? He took a long while before checking on my father. How can Trinity engage this kind of person as a Doctor without any empathy?

Sebastian Kwan was here to certify the death of my dad but he not only took 1.5 hours to arrive, when he was here, he was more concerned about his stock market as he was looking at his phone monitoring his stocks and was very rude to my mum. Very unprofessional doctor. Something needs to be done.

Less than a star actually. Appreciate that the relevant personnel could inform the family members in advance if a longer waiting time is required so as to prevent any distress to the grieving family members.

Met a totally unprofessional doctor, Sebastian Kwan Yann Haur, from Trinity Housecall. He has a bad history, just search his name online and you'll see the results. That aside, he came to certify my grandmother's death. Afterwards, he mentioned "She is 79 years old, old enough to pass away. If she is 50, that will be too young, but 79 years old, just let her go." What kind of doctor says such things?

Shockingly unprofessional and has zero manners. Only attends to you when is convenient for him. I could have a migraine for hours but he says he's doing paperwork and can only come the following day. He has no sense of duty. He deals with his personal issues first before attending to patients. And he is the most unpunctual, unkempt doctor I have ever encountered. Not only that, he uses my bathroom without asking for permission, raids my fridge without asking and broke a spatula when he was playing with my dogs (when I've told him to NOT play with them). He never apologised or offered to replace it. I could go on but I think he needs to take an intensive course on 'professionalism' and EQ. I have bitten my tongue for months but I feel it would benefit Trinity to have a proper talk with him about his poor attitude towards his profession. Lastly very sad to report that he is driven more by money and not a patient's well being and comfort.
