β β β β β Excellent yoga teachers and lots of classes to choose from. The center is spacious and unlike other yoga centers, its easy to make a booking. The staff is super friendly and the teachers very helpful and approachable. Great place to practise yoga!

β β β β β Trust Yoga Tampines is a warm welcoming environment with excellent customer service and experienced, knowledgeable and motivating teachers within a friendly community.
The range of classes have helped me to connect the physical self with the emotional self transcends the walls of the studio and brings lightness to the mind and the heart.
Yoga is about balancing mind, body and soul. I am grateful to Trust Yoga, Tampines mgt and staff for the deeper practice and knowledge I have gained. Namaste ?ββοΈ??

β β β β β I was abit hessitant to sign a package with the studio due to their negative reviews online but they had the kind of classes (alot of shoulder, hips and spine opening classes to improve ur back bends and splits) i was looking for so i decided to just risk it and try.
So far i have attended 5 to 6 classes and my experience have been great. This is a place where you do really deep stretches and advance poses. Do not come if you dont want to do that =D
The teachers are well trained and you can tell from the way they correct your alignment that they know their stuff. They know where to gently push to let your body sink into the pose. I have tried a few yoga studios in the past and honestly this is one of the best i have been to. They have one of the most amazing showers too!
