★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a bowl of beef noodles on Foodpanda and for the price paid, it's not worth it honestly - as compared to other beef noodles vendor. Not really generous with the beef portion. Will come back for their beverages but certainly not for their main food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service by the young bespectacled Chinese man. No basic courtesy in greeting customers, poor communication skills and had an air of defensiveness about him. He misheard my order for a Lemongrass tea and had begrudgingly already prepared a Lemon Tea. While working on the right order, he was so rude and crassly asked "What sugar level!". What in the world?? I told him off, to which he responded with "that's how I speak" followed by a trail of mumbling under his breath. I walked away without collecting the drink I paid for. Never have I ever come across such rude service, and from a well-loved brand like Tuk Tuk Cha which I personally have always been a big fan of. Will never patronise again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a newly opened outlet at the first level of Alexandra Central. This branch has only two tables as it serves mainly delivery orders. As such, it was rather untidy and not exactly pleasant for dine-in. All items were also served in disposable plastics. But do note that there is no service nor GST.
I tried the $10.90 set meal, which was quite value for money due to the generous portion. However, the beef noodles were quite bland despite being laden with MSG (my tongue was feeling numb).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their chicken soup and tomyum goong. Those who dont eat apice food the tomyum is must try as its not spicy at all! Bearable i would say.
Its halal certified by MUIS, which is Singapore Islamic council. The chicken soup i recommend to add EXTRA CHICKEN BALLs as its soft and juicy on the inside. 2 is just not enough!
And yes, the RUDE STAFF that was in few review here, i never saw him. FYI i stay in the hotel attached to the mall and patronise this Mall everyday since i stayed here past 7 days. Will monitor before i go back this saturday. (Total number if days stayed (13 days) Will review again if he is rude to me and revise my star rating to 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was slightly worried about my tom yum noodle soup as I ordered it online before I read the reviews... but to my surprise - the dish was pretty good! It wasn't too spicy or super sour and it had a good balance of spice and flavour. The seafood was fresh and there were an assortment of mushrooms, fish and squid. I only ordered this dish but I look forward to try their other dishes in the near future.
