★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say that I used my Tumi luggage much lately, but I love this brand and I trust the quality of the bags very much. Design is simple and maybe a bit masculine, so I can see my hubby loves them a lot like me :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff (female with blondish/gold short hair) here was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was looking for a product which I saw on the online store and she told me that all boutique stores do not carry that product and that it was only available online. I then chose another product that I would like to purchase, however when I asked for a new piece, she mentioned that they only have the display piece left (which was looking very worn and old). Then, I asked for her help on whether she could check which outlets have the product that I would like to purchase. She walked into the storeroom for a good 10 seconds, came out and replied me that all outlets only have the display piece.
It was pretty obvious that she didn’t even bother helping to check as I went to the RWS and IMM outlet afterwards, found out that they did not even have the display piece. I also went to the Raffles City outlet the next day and found that they did carry the piece which I saw online and wanted originally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Tumi checked in luggage in Aug 2021. Due to travel restrictions, it had not been opened till yesterday. Upon opening, I discovered that the luggage tag had a defect (button not properly installed). Called sales staff & she told me item not covered under warranty but they will “try to fix back the button”. The fact is that they gave me a defective item. It should be exchanged with any question being asked. If you ask me, their response is not very customer friendly.
