Delicious cupcakes, loved it!

Everytime I go to this shop, the staff is on a break. Very annoying...

Bought cookies and the staff was not wearing gloves in taking the cookies. She touched it with her bare hands which also handled payment. Please ensure hygiene by making it compulsory for staff to wear gloves in handling the products!

We bought some mini cupcakeS from Plaza SG outlet and they were awful. They were dry and didn’t taste fresh, I suspect they sold us the old cupcakes. Anyways, I would advise people to always check the freshness before purchase.

Bought two cookies: 1 x Red velvet & 1 x Macadamia white chocolate, via 2 cookies at $5. The macadamia one is very dry and feel like eating piece of fried food by its oily taste, and also saw a piece of hair in the middle of eating. It's not always like this but often happens, and it's throughout the many branches of twelve cupcakes that its taste or status is not regular. Still purchasing by liking its taste when bought a proper one, but feel like doing a gamble whenever to purchase it, as the time goes.

I was so close to getting a birthday cake but honestly , the lady’s attitude was off. Seemed very unmotivated too. Looking at the google reviews/ comments from the rest of the people, pretty sure I was not the only one feeling this way.

Possibly the worst Twelve Cupcakes branch you can get in Singapore. The lady is rude and has no motivation to work and the shelves are 20% full at 11:20am on a Sunday morning. The Tupperware are full behind. You’ve to be real bad for me to log in google to leave a review ???

I went to twelvecupcakes store in Plaza Singapura on Monday 16 May about 5pm, deciding to get some cookies for someone's birthday. I looked at your menu placed at the counter and decided I would order 3 cookies in a box. The counter girl served and packed 3 cookies that I had selected into separate plastic bags and then put all three into a larger bag before handing them to me. I was surprised that she did not put them into a box which has been advertised as " $12 Cookies (box of 3)". So I asked her "where is the box"? She simply replied there is no box. So I pointed at the menu advertised and showed her the line stating "$12  Cookies ( Box of 3)" while taking out my money for payment. She then defended that the "box of 3" was only for cupcakes, hence there was a mistake and she would inform her marketing. I looked at the counter wall behind her where lots of empty boxes of various sizes were placed and spotted some boxes with size which I believe were small enough to be able to pack in 3 pieces of cookies that I wanted. This would make the cookies more presentable as a birthday present. So I further highlighted that if the menu advertised as box of 3, you should give me a box to contain the 3 cookies. To my surprise, the next thing she said was "you want or not, if not nevermind" and then took back the bag of cookies without waiting for my confirmation!! I was extremely shocked at her way of handling customers as a frontline sales staff ! I was extremently insulted that my order was cancelled by the "seller" instead of by me as a buyer! So I asked her to give me her name by writing on paper and the contact number of her supervisor. Without regret she proudly wrote down only her name as " Suzianah PS " and handed it back to me. Now if this is the type of service attitude, how could she serve in the front line?  Are there at least some basic service etiquette and standards that twelvecupcakes would provide and impose before placing staff in the service industry in Singapore?
