Food were normal
The best is rum baba... Rum infused cake pudding so good
Scones plain... Add more tea jelly to taste better
Assorted sandwich ok
Other dessert normal
Pancake OK
Beef too char
Chicken is ok but the sauce is salty
Macaron was nice too
Price wise a bit exp
But tea is ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelling through Singapore and excited to try TWG Tea. Made the excursion to Swissotel to be told the advertised menu on the website would note be honoured! Place was totally empty. Very poor for what was set up as a good branded experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quiet peaceful place for a cup of tea. Cheerful colourful entrance , nice set up. Seats were comfortable and cozy with safe distance apart. Tried some other blend of teas beside my usual . The jade dragon tea was totally tasteless it’s either the water temperature was too cool never bring out the flavour of the tea or it just need more time to brew . It should be intense flavourful full bodied disappointing! Bain de roses was floral and mouthful of flavour every sip. My favourite Moroccan mint is still the best after the tasteless green tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to have dinner @ TWG Raffles City to cheer my wife up. Was served delicious dinner of salmon and wagyu. The staff, Mr Thng Kok Meng, was excellent in his service and attention to details. The offer of free pastry dessert after dinner was a nice touch by TWG to add icing to a wonderful dinner. Thank you very much TWG Raffles City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience at TWG: it wasn't crowded during lunchtime, and we immediately had seats. Lunch menu food tasted fantastic, especially the teriyaki salmon rice. A mistake was made for 1 lunch order, and service recovery was swift and impeccable. Food and dessert was divine and staff were so polite and appropriately attentive.

I highly recommending to try the pancake (forgot to take photo). A non-sweet tooth person like it, in love with it.
The first scone that I like is also from TWG!
Furthermore, their service is professional. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best macarons I’ve tried. I used to hate them, cause they taste like sugar most of the time. But the ones at TWG kinda surprised me. It’s not overly sweet and was actually quite tasty. As for the teas, it’s at a higher price point. They have such a big range of tea for selection, I almost didn’t know what to order. The server wasn’t as friendly, and was not really able to recommend. Other than that, it’s a nice place to chill. The place is beautiful for pictures too.
