★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to know of U&Tea from the outlet in Jurong East. Service was great, resonably low priced, and got us interested in U&Tea. Visited this outlet today, wanted an upgrade with my daughter's student pass. Insisted that she has to be present there to get the promo. Gave up and q at nearby iTea, rather wait and q to pay more, then to be treated that way. Want to do promo, don't be stingy. You'll loose your customers who have been converted. My family is one of them. Tearing up all our U&Tea cards. Don't waste time with this, there are many other bubble tea joints that appreciate their customers more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the U-mango from U&tea. There are mango fruit meat, white pearl and pomelo inside. They also give a huge portion of these toppings! Their staff are friendly too! It taste really nice! Hence, I decided to share this to my friends and bought 20cups for them!
