β β β β β I don't know who should I blame, VFS assured me that for a business visa I will be able to get an answer in 5 to 15 days or UKVI which charges 3 GBP just to have the same standard answer ... we don't know.
What a waist of time and money ....
Answer to your response: in this case please update your website that is mentioning 15 days and train your agent to be aware of this as they are mentionning 5 to 15 days . for a service that cost almost 300$ we expected a better infromed service.

β β β β β They are un contactable via phone and email. So how to get updates? Very disappointed. Published phone number is useless. Emails sent will be ignored and unanswered. The replies on the reviews here says to contact them via DM on Facebook/Twitter but they donβt even indicate the username on Facebook/Twitter. So how will it be possible to contact them via DM then?
Update: After sending them a DM through Twitter, they will answer and ask for more details and then the DM will be unanswered after.

β β β β β Website is not working and avail the new digital application submission. It says will arrange video conference within 24hrs of booking the biometrics but I havent got any video call. I have paid the service but end up not getting anything just stress. My appointment is coming soon and What I need to do is to upload everything by myself and defeit the purpose of availing the digital submisison. No guidance no anything.

β β β β β Submitted visa application to uk online and booked an appointment to go down to vfs as well as a digital application submission. However, we did not receive a video call and unfortunately we also missed the appointment to go down to vfs. Tried to reach out to enquire about the digital application and reschedule an appointment but there was no line for me to reach out to. Also, went down to vfs at Philippines Airlines building and was really disappointed in the service and attitude of the receptionist & security. Tried to ask a question but they were refusing to answer my question and asked me to queue. When it was my turn in the queue, they did not listen to what I had to say but instead turned me away when they saw that my appointment has already expired. Attitude was really bad and rude. The staff also ignored me when I tried asking again.

β β β β β Quite disappointing that they have huge waiting time from start to finish. Scanning documents (5 pages) was charged 27$ or something !! To follow up on status if you want to email they charge 3 GBP and i still went ahead but got a super generic response that application is in cosideration and will be informed when it arrives - Hey ! Then why did pay the 3GBP if i cant get a specific response on my application. Its 5 weeks now and my travel this week and not even any indication if the visa will come through in a week or not. Very bad experience overall.

β β β β β Before coming down, I called the hotline several times however the number is always busy. I then visited the office, but the security guard told me that I should do it online. I came back again a few days later as I insisted to speak to the available officer and the lady seated at the front desk answered me back rudely. I assume she is the customer care representative as she was opening the door for the people in the queue.
She does not greet or smile at any of the customers, she chases people off rudely, she brushes off my question quickly, not interested, and helpful to any of my inquiries. She was extremely rude and ill-mannered. If she is not given proper training on how to deal with the customers, please do not put her at the front desk. Customers are the spine of any business, and they deserve respect and kindness.
Unfortunately, I did not get her name and it is very disappointing that even such small requests can be timely fulfilled by your center stature.

β β β β β After submitting the application for the UK Visa I received an automated reply that the visa should be processed "All other visa applications within 15 workings days of biometric submission". Date of submission was 12th April 2022 and I still have no information. My passport is not with me and I have to travel on 23rd May. Can someone respond?

β β β β β Too long waiting time. First you have wait for the oppoinment time to get it, cannot be early. After getting queue no, waited for 1.10 min. To check documents. I paid for scanning service, again wait for biometric scan for 30 min. Oppoinment system not working for them. Hope they improve.. how ever Staffs are fine, quite helpful.
