★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. The alteration for both my purchase of pants. Left leg longer than right legs for both. Very bad tailoring. The higher brass of uniqlo are u listening after the recent wave of bad reviews. Sack the manager if he/ she is not performing or interested to instil discipline and normal retail standards. ( Im not even asking for gd service)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought $478.30 in total of a bill. After paying then the cashier told me that I can get a free mask, which size I prefer. ( she told me spend $88 in a bill can get one pc of mask ) I was angry why at first she never let me know so I can split into a few payments. I asked her but she just kept quiet. Never has the intention to help a customer and service was bad. Whatever you guys have any promo, should tell the customers first b4 billing them. How to get a good rates at your store. I'm in the sales line too. When service a customer you should think of what service you want people to serve you than put in efforts to serve customers in passion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a belt this afternoon. After paying I left the store with my wife. As we left the store, the security buzzer went off. We stopped to see if any staff member would check. None did, and we went off. On returning home, we realised that the electronic tag is still attached to the belt and is very difficult to remove. Can't wear it now. Of course, they will tell us to make another trip there just to remove the tag. Will have to use some force to remove the tag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff who helped me pin my jeans for alteration when I was unsure of how to do it.
Alteration only took 20 minutes so I could collect it on the same day and it's also free.
Very spacious store with lots of options. Not too crowded and there are self-checkout kiosks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a cool morning to window-shop at Downtown East. However, some displays at Uniglo caught my eyes n decided to chk-in n browse the items……Lady at the changing room counter was polite n courteous with positive approach(sorry, did not ask for her name). While at the payment counter, being long-sighted n w/o glasses, Ms Erin Nadiah helped me thru the entire process of rmembership registration plus voucher redemption etc……..She is pro in her delivery of service, patience in handling customer who needs help, no hesitation upon my request for help………The 2 ladies are definitely an asset to the company to make many more satisfied , comfortable n happy customers……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even know what to say. First I approached a staff asking if they have a shirt selling a different color. But they didn't even check and told me their outlet is small and told me to buy at tampines mall since its bigger. I know theyre busy but they couldnt even spend a minute to help a customer in need? Like they just brush me off after telling me so. Not the best outlet. And wont be coming back anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of ultra stretchy skinny distressed jeans this evening at Uniqlo Downtown East. The service was so fast I decided to wear it on the spot and it was super comfy….The staff there were also very polite and helpful in helping me pin and alter the jeans. Hope you guys would carry more vintage looking ultra stretchy skinny jeans in future…Thank you for the awesome service!
