B	Benny Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really excellent job pasting my screen protector by Urban M team. Friendly people and staff took great care in handling my phone and explaining the after-care part of maintaining my screen protector. Hard to find such service elsewhere. Will def come back again
S	Shannon Kasull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended, went to the shop to get a screen protector that has warranty. Screen protector has a hairline crack in less than a week. Warranty doesn't cover and had to pay discounted price to get a new one. New screen was not pasted properly, had bubbles the next day and cannot be fixed. No replacement for screen protector, stuck with bubbles. Weeks later took my phone out from my case to clean and noticed scratches on back glass panel. Ofc this could be my own fault but I have not taken phone out of case until now other than to get the screen protector replaced. Would not recommend to get screen protector for your phone here, very bad experience.

y	yvonne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a matt screen protector at your shop a month ago and that the staff who printed my screen protector mentioned a thin line cutting the middle of the phone would be gone within a week. To my dissapointment even more than a month the line is not gone. Its downright low production printing and they never highlight this during point of purchase purchase. Printed and expect customer to accept. This is actually consumer's rights goods sold is not of considerable condition. Staff at bishan branch is not helpful at all as well. Very bad experience.

Went back to store but they say they cannot do anything other than buying a new one from them... A few weeks later the entire screen came off... I really would not recommend this place
N	No Ra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesgirl at Tampines Mall was totally uninterested to serve us, too busy on her handphone, but I still bought the Aukey chair costing $269 cos I needed it. The can't be bothered salesgirl booked a date for delivery as per the date we required but the delivery man never turned up and there is NO telephone number for me to contact anyone at all. Now I am in front of the shop waiting to cancel my purchase but there is no one here. Signage says WILL BE BACK IN 15MIN. But it is more than 30min n there is still no one here. Please do not buy from this shop if you don't want this type of trouble.
Y	Yeo Yak Moong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Tampines Mall outlet to get a X-Doria protector n screen protection for my new Apple Watch. Immediately after coming back, the corner of screen protector starts to peel. When back, the sales staff was very nice, replaced a new one but the corner start to peel again within 3 hrs. She told us that she can only replace once. I don’t think this is right n professional, which means if the product is faulty, you will not be responsible cos you have already replaced. That’s not right at all. We are a regular customers for so many years. Will think twice about going back. My invoice no: 6667
