Wong Clinic - 539 Bedok North Street 3

The nurse is super rude...asking me to wait outside also in a rude manner just me having fever..and yet I already check myself covid test..never even ask the symptoms..when I waited too long I go in again when is my turn..one of the nurse saying not yet not yet..I reply to her back I'm asking how many more people before my turn..I truly believe the doctor is good but they need to chg nurse..by putting this grumpy and scared of death nurse...will bring down the reputation of the clinic ..

So far, I haven't been to any clinic that separate covid and non- covid patients. Doc is very detailed and didn't take us long to collect medication.

I try not to leave a negative review unless the experience is consistently poor. In this case, the counter staff at Wong Clinic has been consistently rude, impatient, and generally unpleasant to interact with. In fact, when I was waiting my turn in the clinic, I actually heard them complaining about people walking in wanting to see the doctor. When I call in to make an enquiry, I always feel on edge because I don’t know if they are going to snap at me for asking one too many questions. They just constantly seem unhappy about one thing or another. I have unfortunately had to visit the doctor several times over the past year and I always leave the clinic feeling like I was the the target of their frustrations. One peculiarity that I noticed was that if you speak Chinese, they tend to treat you nicely. I gave two stars because the doctor is actually really really nice and he takes the time to properly address your concerns. His staff really let his practice down. I am never returning to this clinic.

Counterstaff the worst u can ever find! Rude! No manners! The first thing they see us as a malay family is... "why u never go to the malay doctor next door?"".. like why cant i come to dr wong.. ???? Isnt it our preference!!! Dr wong is such a good doctor but he shld seriously SACK or CHANGE his counter staff!!!! Never go step my foot there again . Even though we love dr wong!

I called in to check if there is any patient. But I was told that the doctor can only see my mom(the patient) at 12pm when now is at 9:20am. Quite confusing, not very good at attending to pt like this. The staff name is Florence. Hope she knows what she’s doing!!!

Dr. Lawrence Wong is the most attentive, caring, and empathatic doctor that I have met in my life. I would very much rather visit him than go to a panel clinic on my insurer's list cause I know that each time I go to Dr Wong, I come out feeling a lot better and taken care of.

Attitude very bad. Not worth even a star. Like we owe them million. Just walk in and one of the old aunt at counter just ask: what?! I said want to see doctor, then she kept waving her hand and say no no no....I was like: what???? Is this clinic? Now it's 3.25pm and obviously is still within their operating hours. Wanted to retaliate back but why would I bring down standard and argue back. So I just walked away. But seriously what is wrong with you. Joke.

I agree with the other user here that Dr. Lawrence Wong is the most attentive, caring, and empathetic doctor that I have met and also the best one in Bedok. They even called me on the next day to check if I was alright during that time when I was suffering from bad gastric reflux, vomitting and in great gastric pain.On 2 occasions,both doctors also let me rest in the clinic for half an hour each time to ensure I am really fine before I leave as I was weak due to the gastric flu.
