β β β β β Worst n rude doctor I ever met. I was having fever 38.8Β° using my own themometer to take the reading at home. However when he use his (those contactless n scan by your forehead) the reading is 36.6Β°. Even thou I'm not a doctor, but I really suspect his professionalism. Given him the benefit of doubt at the point my fever went down. But once i got home, i take another reading with my themometer, it show 38.5.

We know our own sickness. Told me if im still sick, you can just go to A&E. Irresponsible doctor!!
First & the last. Thats the reason why the doctor place is empty. Damn rude.

β β β β β Pretty clear what the reviews said were true once I entered. Uncaring doctor who doesn't seem to know much, basically went completely with the symptoms I brought up. Told me not to use phone, drink water and just lie on bed even if I'm not tired. Cool advices.... Not sure where he value added tbh.

β β β β β The consultation took a total of 3 mins. The doctor didn't ask much questions, only checked for fever. Afterwards, when requested for 2 days of leave, he just said, "no, go outside and wait." Firstly, he didn't do a thorough diagnosis other than asking what was wrong. When dealing with a fever, the doctor would ask whether there was any accompanying symptoms such cough, or flu, vomiting etc. We pay for consultation fees only to receive a single sentence diagnosis that took up less than 3 minutes? Secondly, it is understandable if a doctor rejects an extra day of medical leave as he deems fit. However, what I'm peeved about is that he didn't even look at me, he said no, then get out. I think that's just rude and unprofessional.

β β β β β If a clinic can be rated 2.6, I am surprised it still exists. The experience at the clinic can only cause more distress to the patients. The Indian doc has been cold, unhelpful and uncaring to say the least. Our trip 2 days ago was appalling. My daughter has ongoing tonsillitis problem and would like to seek specialist consultation. Producing a referral letter from a GP is compulsory for us to see a specialist under our insurance policy so we requested for one. He replied with one word 'NO'. I asked why. He said ' because I don't see the need to'. We were stunned by his response and walked out. My daughter is the one suffering from this, she knows her condition better than anyone else and who wants to go through the trouble of seeing a specialist unless it is necessary? This is not the first time he refused to write us a referral letter, previously I inquired and was rejected to. This will be the last time we step into the clinic!
Also the clinic does not ask patients and visitors to scan for entry nor take temperature, totally not complying with Covid19 safety protocols. We did not notice till we visited Northeast clinic next door, where the clinic assistants responsibly took the temperature of everyone who stepped into the clinic and reminded us to scan for entry.
Avoid ST Medical at all costs! I told the clinic assistant now we understand why their clinic is empty most of the time.

β β β β β Dr Sebastian is one of my favourite doctor because he's very understanding, i think one might confused his quick diagnosis as cold and not attentive but i beg to differ. I think his quick diagnosis happens because he's extremely experienced in this field and would only of course give mc when required to, thus he is stringent on this. However, I always leave the clinic satisfied with his service. He's very concise with his speech and i think that's a bonus. The prescriptions I've received here always work for me.
Thank you Dr!
