I went to the clinic and its closed...shouldnt have notify as open if the clinic is closed!!!

opens at 7pm! doctor arrives at 7:25pm. having fun keeping sick patients waiting. last visit here, next time i will go to clinic next door

I had high fever and body ache. Keep vomits and also restless. Walk in northeast clinic and doctor are very knowledgeable. Spend atleast 30min with a young lady doctor. Good advice and less worried now. Thank you northeast!

To be honest ive been a regular at this clinic even before it changes their clinic name. So today i went there as i got a bad dry cough for the past 2 night. Dr Tan was nice talking to me and i raises up the issue of the cough mixture he gave me causes me to be unable to walk so i asked him for another one. When i got the meds i was unsure of the name as its new to me so i ask the counter to ask the doc. She conyed it wrongly and Dr Tan scolded me for nothing. Its really a bad experience as when he scolded me he really raises his voice and i was really surprised. I was so surprise i didnt know how to respond but when i explained to the doctor he realise he raises his voice and scolded me for nothing. Im still affected by it. And the counter girl which ive never seen before acted as if im at wrong. I wanna raise this issue as further down the road there might be patient who's unable to take certain medicines and they might wanna ask. If messages are conveyed wrongly things can go terribly wrong. ? Im still traumatise by the scolding he gave me for nothing. Really bad experience and i think i wouldnt wanna come that clinic again.
