The dr was nice. But the clinic assistant was very very rude. I think she is in her 30s. She just threw my MC and money on the table.unprofessional.

they got number of clinic assistance which is all very rude also got number if relief doctors.. i have been seeing the different doctors 4 times visit in the length of 2 weeks giving me different medicne and all have their own different view. The price also quite high.. last time and never come back..

Superb service from the Clinic assistants, Dr Robert Lau is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic, it is rare these days to feel like service provider in the healthcare industry really cares for the patient. Kudos to YSL clinic.

The team of doctors are professional and ask detailed questions for diagnosis. Doctors are also very caring to offer advice on life issues based on their experiences. They care for total health of patients. Grateful for all the advices.

The receptionist was very rude. It was my first time to go to this clinic so I had forgotten to present my insurance card and I apologised for that but the rude lady just kept on scolding me and whenever i talk to her in a nice tone she responds in an irritated manner.

Went to see Dr Adam Patrick for my both parents' monthly medical check-up. Very patient in explaining all the medical terms to my parents as they need to change their medications. Very gentle and soft spoken when attending to my parents. Glad to have Dr Adam Patrick as my parents' doctor. AWESOME...???

Today (2/12/21) around 430pm , This is my first time walked in to this clinic due this clinic is nearest at my home. Once we going in that Chinese lady great us (Me n My husband) was so patiently . After meet up DR Lee Zhi Yi was nice doctor and explained everything to us . But I’m come out from DR. I’m was seat at chair waiting for my medicine. Then that Malay lady was tell me that “next time come early” with her hand pointed to me. . I’m was blur then shock and ask her what’s your mean ? She answered they are closing soon, then I said is my first time anyway (but before I’m go in I saw that operation hour is 5pm closed) . That Malay lady is very rude to me and before I’m going off, I’m telling her if next time once ppl going in to ur clinic , u have right to let us know that u all going to closing so I’m won’t walk in , I’m can understand once u said closed . My bad experienced today, is my first and last I’m visit for this clinic. Too bad there are so nice doctor but receptionist so rude . To Malay lady receptionist, please explain to urs customer nicely the way u did just now was rude and no manner . If don’t want to work then u resign is very simple . I’m also working as a service line too , we also got last minute customer to walk in to buy thing but we never ever do this kind of thing to our customer is because we know our Job is service . Unless if that clinic is belong to your father u can do as u wanted and I have nothing to said. Be professional and patience. Thank you .

* writing this review while waiting for my turn as there's alot of people. Seems like alot of positive cases today. Despite today is a Sunday and a public holiday but I'm surprised that clinic are "flooded with patients". It's a rainy morning too ! Thanks to both the staffs at the counter for being professional , patience and polite despite most impatient, rude patients crowded at the counter waiting to register, take medication and payments when there's a q system to follow. Due to the heavy rain , the staffs got to speak louder as the door are left opened by some selfish ppl. Some people really lacks of courtesy being impatient and rude, rushing the staffs for medication, mc, receipt just right after they came out from seeing doctor, intercept them when they're explaining the medications. Even hospital also doesn't have this kind of express service ! Some patient really ridiculous to expect the staffs to know their name, address, ic number and their issues, not providing them any info. Didnt even scan QR for declaration. Sorry to say this but the doctor seems to be rushing also, spamming the q system "ding dong" ( the sound making me feeling irritated ) when both the staffs are overloaded at the counter. Some patient are tested positive so they are arranged to sit at the back of the clinic away from others. Therefore unable to see the q number on the screen despite the spamming of " ding dong ding dong " ( making me going ding ding also ! ) Perhaps doctor on duty ( doctor Lee ) can help the overloaded staffs by coming out the room to call patient Q number or name to be more efficient instead of spamming the ding dong bell. This is another way of having great team work with your staffs. Noticed one of the staff seems to be having some gastric pain or stomach issue as she mentioned to other staff she's having some pain and her hand is at her stomach but despite that, still being professional and having pride in her work, she continues to work in such a situation. Both the staffs at the counter works with great team work ! Kudos ! It's Not easy to be in customer service related work especially to work on a public holiday when most people are relaxing at home and with their family. Really appreciate & thankful for the staffs being professional in their work and the clinic to be open on public holiday no doubt the charges is higher but to be fair to the staffs that's working when other clinic are closed ! Ending my review is long , still waiting for my turn, people keep coming in, only clinic open today.
