β β β β β Impatient and unprofessional GP. Went with my mum to get a LPA done, but despite charging me $50 for a 2min consultation, he told me what we knew all along !! Total waste of time and money. Super furious with their service and attitude

β β β β β Not sure why the clinic requires a residential address and occupation on registration, but $115 for a normal visit to the clinic for a cough/sore throat seems a little on the high side. Service slow, clinic slightly delapitated and service including registration, prescription, invoicing all done manually. Will likely not be back again.

β β β β β Made a chat consultation with Dr. See Shean Yaw through the ManaDr app.
The app charges based on how many messages sent, I just had a simple case of the flu and needed an MC for the day.
Dr. See Shean Yaw asked a lot of questions and made me reply to them 1 by 1 increasing the consultation fee as well as wasting my time!
He asked very vague questions that could've all been asked in a single message, the consultation ended up taking longer than 2 hours!!!
I have visited multiple different clinics before and never once am I met with a doctor as lousy as this one.
This doctor just wanted money and even wasted my time despite making a what could've been $10 consultation a $30 consultation. SERIOUSLY? 2 HOURS + AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY $30?!?!
Overpaid and Underserviced.
Worst service and doctor I have ever encountered!

β β β β β Did a chat consultation With Dr See Shean Yaw via MaNaDr app for my symptoms of a slight cough and sore throat. Doctor went about asking a lot of redundant questions and a few repetitive ones which I have already answered. Because the app charges payment per message, the conversation was dragged for a Long period of time. Took about 2 hours for him to finally finish the questions he wanted to ask. Was charged about 40 dollars for something so minor and him asking so many redundant questions. Should have went down to a private clinic instead. Other providers only charge about 9dollars to 15 dollars max whereas his was 40. Really absurd. What a bad experience. Would not recommended getting consultation from said doctor.

β β β β β Chatted (video called) with Dr Shean Yaw See through MaNaDr app, one of the most unprofessional consults i've ever experienced. He didn't even show his face in the consult, he was outdoors walking as well?? I stated I had allergies and some rashes, but he did not ask me about any symptoms I had. I even attached pictures of my rashes and he never actually diagnosed it or told me what it was, or what to do to prevent it. Honestly I left the call feeling confused and a little concerned (rightfully so because I didn't even know what he looked like). Just glad I got my rash cream, and of course he didn't tell me what cream it was or when to apply it....
