β β β β β 5 stars for my beautician service, 3 stars for the overall experience after the facial. I enjoyed every single moment of my facial process by my beautician Pipi. I just dont like that every single time after the facial service, I need to sit thru a long hard-sales process with the branch manager. I know that it is how they makes sales, however it doesnt have to be so forceful. I have another 2/3 more facial package with them, but I just dont want to go thru the whole hard-sales experience again. So I have been avoiding their calls/message to make a new appointment.

β β β β β The facial was nice for the cheap promotion price. Bed is comfy and warm. I wouldnβt return back however cause they were so hard selling - She kept pushing me to purchase a package and I was turned off by her attitude towards me when I kept saying no.

β β β β β One of the most expensive facial in town. Each session of facial costs me around $300 and eye treatment about $180 if I didnt recall wrongly. The facial treatment was supposed to be targeted on collagen synthesis but I regret the upgrade as the environment not ideal to match the price where they draw curtain and room too small. I would say place is quite clean and there is a locker. But I wont pay more than $120 for this treatment if we compared to orchard room atas treatment is only $200 per session. You just have to try enough to know why I say so. :)

β β β β β Boyfriend went for a trial facial here.
He commented that the facial service was alright; however, the hard selling was extremely rude, uncalled for, and made the whole experience a total turn off. Sales consultant was pushy and sarcastic.

β β β β β I tried trial the walk in face life for 48$. My face is super red afterward. The consultant and outlet manager were both trying to hard sell. Horrible experience! Itβs not worth risking your face and skin being damaged!

β β β β β Have been to victoria for years, their service getting bad to worst! Facial treatment completed in 1 hour, beautician face black black unhappy grumbling not enough man power. So customer has to accommodate with not enough manpower, paid the price but massage skipped, every treatment shorten. Management no discipline already!

β β β β β Package from ages ago and therapist has since left but I am still trying, whenever possible, to book appointments to finish off the package but it is impossible to arrange. I just tried again today for this week and next. Their schedules somehow just do not fit mine no matter how much I try. Iβm beginning to think that they do not care to accommodate customersβ schedules once the package has been purchased. Also, itβs just an overpriced facial treatment. But since Iβve made the folly of purchasing the package, I am trying to use it all.
