I read other review about them and found that their water dispenser looks good, but doesn't last. a few of them lasted about 3 months. With lousy business service and only looks cool product. Better stay away from it. I canceled my order with them and bought a local brand water dispenser. Happy with product, buy long established local brand...

Fantastic points:
1) provided an invalid Tracking number!
2) claim the parcel in the transit after 2 days of shipping!
3) finally it was out of stock.
4) product info written 1-2 shipping days and using Qexpress to deliver 1-2 days.
